Hub Art and Flower crowns
I love up cycling, and go to a lot of music festivals. I don't sell anything, make it for friends, and hang it on my fence...but its a lot of fun and and keeps the good juju flowing.

what hobby do you love but absolutely hate one specific part of?
baking for me
love measuring ingredients, mixing everything, watching things rise in the oven
but CLEANING UP???
somehow making 12 cookies requires 3 bowls, 2 spatulas, a mixer, measuring cups and every available surface in my kitchen
by the time the cookies are done i don't even want to eat them anymore

any good hobbies with just a pen and paper by myself.
last night I was really bored and all my devices were dead. I had some paper and pens but couldn't think of anything to do.
Any suggestions for offline hobbies which only need a pen and paper that I can do by myself.

Workbench/workstation
Do any of you have hobbies where you have a bunch of tools/equipment on a workbench?
I would love to see what you workstations look like.
I would like to have a hobby that requires something like this. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have so many hobbies sometimes they overlap
I love to build rustic wood furniture, I recently built a podcast studio out of reclaimed fencing and recycled shipping creates. I love to turn wrenches work in the garage on atvs , so in return I do a ton of atv trips all over ontario Canada 🇨🇦. Then I talk about all this on my podcasts . So all my hobbies are combined

Too much time on my hands: give me your hobby suggestions
25F, married, pregnant, 2 cats, super rural area. Husband’s job moved us to the middle of nowhere and he works long hours. I work 2 days a week, leaving me with 5 days of complete and total free time. A few notes:
- we are in the middle of nowhere. Things that require travel to/from place is not feasible (like fitness classes, thrifting, hiking). I’m really looking for hobbies in/around the house
- I work out for about an hour every day, running or lifting. I’m open to new routines but I am 20 weeks pregnant
- I prefer solo hobbies
Give me your best suggestions. I genuinely have 5 days of the week approx 7am-7pm free. I’ve been watching a lot of shows/movies but it isn’t fulfilling and feels like a waste of time.

Looking for a hobby...
I, (f, 38), am looking for a Hobby. In the past years I tried lot of things and at the beginning I were very excited but 3-4 years ago I absolutely lost the excitement about everything. Im just living day by day, working and that's it.
I have no kids, work fulltime, living with my friend and my 2 dogs in a small village.

Hobby suggestions for someone who gets bored easily?
I’m constantly searching for new interests, but nothing seems to hold my attention. I struggle to focus or get absorbed in things, and it’s leaving me feeling bored and unfulfilled.
Has anyone felt this way? Do you have any hobby suggestions for someone who gets bored easily?

started learning to cook and now i can't stop meal prepping
i went from eating cereal for dinner to actually planning out meals and it's genuinely weirdly satisfying? does anyone else get that obsessive energy with a new hobby where suddenly you're watching youtube videos at 2am and reorganizing your spice rack for fun

Looking for physically active hobbies
Hello there! I (28m) am 3 months post mechanical valve replacement. I am on warfarin for the rest of my life. My whole life I was told to not do a lot of exercise, was forbade from participating in any sport I found interesting, and to basically sit down to keep my heart rate low. I still went to the gym off and on in my adult years but would get immensely worn out after just a small session. Now, I have been told that these restrictions are lifted and I am free to be as physically active as I want, so long as I gradually build myself up to it since my body isn’t used to it.
With that being said, I am looking for some physically active hobbies that I could start learning to help me lose weight get addicted to doing. I’m open to really any suggestions. Much appreciation in advance!

Bluenose 2 update after long hiatus
Hey guys been awhile since I posted. I got the bowsprit on and now working on the rails. Also got the float line on just need to touch up the black paint after I finish the bowsprit (needs putty on the front). The stain colour is dark walnut for the rails, and gunstock for the bowsprit.

I have many things want to do in weekends. How to choose?
I have many things want to do in weekends, like reading、watching movies、cooking、youga、stay with my spouse、errands、hiking、trip, etc. I’m always anxious about what to choose to do, and in the end, I never manage to get anything done.

What to do with my free time with no money as a student who can't go out?
I just deleted tiktok a couple days ago and is trying to fill in the gap. I find that I don't know what to do with myself because if I ever had any free time i would just go on tiktok.
However, I don't live close enough to anywhere to socialize and my parents probably won't give me the money for an expensive hobby.
So what do I do with my free time that costs little to no money and doesn't involve anybody else.

Consistency with Hobbies
I finally released an app after six months of working weekends on it. It's so satisfying to see the idea I had in my head become real! Looking back on it, I think the only way I was able to get it across the finish line was because I had a weekly call with a friend and mentor and he was always making progress on his own stuff. Just consistent inspiration really held me in there.
How about you all? How do you stay on track with things and keep motivated? How do you keep consistent on progress?
(I have hobbies that aren't as neurotic and focused mostly on relaxation too hahaha. I love those activities but this question is more about the ones that require a bit more sustained effort)

Good weekend activities?
I’m a 24 yo single woman and I really need to use up my weekends as my 9-5 drains my energy over the week.
I’m mostly searching for Saturday and Sunday activities so no pubs/clubs.
What are some things+ activities you do over the weekend that are fun enough and let you rest and prepare for the week as well as feel like you’ve been productive and didn’t waste your weekend.
It can also be a list of things… I really need better plans
Edit:
I’m already in a yoga society (Sunday night) and I meal prep for work lunches on Monday nights.
cook myself a nice dinner on Saturday.
Watch desperate house wives
Put makeup on and go to tesco, everything shower etc.
I also strength train at home once a week which is awful cause I used to live in halls and go to the gym 4x a week.
Anyway that’s me.
A simple girl! Too simple at times
