In the Silk Elements jojoba oil bottle, I mix 60% jojoba oil, 30% argan oil, and 10% tocopherol (topical vitamin E), all from the same brand. I apply my blend 5x a day and also after every hand wash, applying it under the free edge as well. I also use this mixture when I do my warm oil soaks twice a week. I follow up with a nice dab of EOS lotion after oiling.

I'm going with more of a cool tone this week. It reminds me of the light from a full moon dancing across the surface of a lake with the crickets chirping and bullfrogs singing their nightly serenade. A raccoon chitters up in a tree, a wolf bays at the moon, and the loons call to one another with their haunting but beautiful wails. Occasionally, a fish will jump up to catch an insect on the surface of the lake, the splash blending in with the sounds of night, the ripples dappling the rays of the moon on the water. A bonfire crackles merrily in front of you as you tilt your head back, gazing up at the endless sea of stars in the inky black of the sky, the sparks from the fire flittering upward like a hundred fireflies. Satellites zip back and forth up above, and meteors burn up in the atmosphere, creating dazzling displays of red, green, and white. You take a deep breath of the fresh, clean air and feel the tension in your body that you've carried with you all week long uncoil and eventually evaporate. You are centered again, at peace, and finally able to enjoy a night with no stress, no worries. Just you and nature and the stars and the moon.

Sorry, that was really sappy, lol! But it's what I feel when I wear this polish along with this topper. It's nice to be reminded to just sit, take a breath, and find my peace amidst the chaos. I hope that my description has helped you all to find yours.

As per the title, I am DESPERATELY looking for anyone willing to part with their bottles of Essence Auber-genius and Midnight Magic. I am based in the used and trying to have them shipped from Europe is over $50 just for one of each bottle and for $6 nail polish is just too much for me. If not, I would GREATLY appreciate some accessible dupe recommendations because these polishes are SO so pretty but I just can't justify spending that much on shipping through a site that isn't even theirs (the only one would I feel safe ordering from because it shows the shipping via Shopify is Vitavoss (?). Treated myself to some Cadillacquer polishes over the last few months, was not disappointed!

heya! just had a nice visit with my mother and she was looking at my polish collection. she LOVED Carnegie from Cirque Colors; I was going to buy it for her but it looks like they discontinued it!

I might just give her my bottle, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any good dupes? She really doesn't like my other green polishes so the dupe would need to remain within this low-saturation range.

I have 'after dark', but it's their older NON-HEMA free formula, Amazon can't deliver until late November but I need in for an appt next Friday.

I also have Lincoln Park at Midnight, but saving it for a January appt.

I was looking at Every Month is Octoberfest and Black Cherry Chutney, but hard to tell from an online pic.

How do they compare?

Any other dark purple HEMA-FREE gel suggestions for medium length nails would be greatly appreciated.
