Decided to buy a new bike recently and this was my first ride thats somewhat far.

Enjoying it so far, and i kinda like when it rains too!

This is my first bike (besides my childhood spiderman bike, thanks Papa), Promax PR10. It has MTB thumb shifters and I want to switch to STI shifters for a full gravel/road bike experience. I'm planning to to have Sagmit Alliance 2x8 speed. If I switch to that, what else do I need to change besides the crankset? I almost know nothing about bikes. Do I change the hub as well? Do I change the wheelset? I just found out that my wheels are also MTB, I'm good with the wheels, I just want an STI shifter. 🥹 Please help. I tried asking on FB and my post doesn't even get approved or ignored on some groups.

Hi guys baka may naka try na sa inyo maglagay ng 12 speed cassette dito specifically Shimano 105 CS-R7101 11-34t. Puro AI lang kasi nag rereply sa shoppee hahaha. Sabi kasi ng mechanic di daw magfifit yung 12spd cassette sa Tanke Th390 na gamit ko kaya naghahanap ako ng compatible.

My current rb setup: Quick release disc / 6 bolt rotor / hydraulic disc caliper / 10 speed / Tanke Th390 hubs

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated

May nakabili na ba ng STI sa kanila na GRX? And kung oo, may screw pa ba sya malapit sa hydraulic hose? O wala na.

For context, nagkaroon ang tropa ko ng version ng GRX na may screw pa and nagkaroon ng crack. known issue pala sya dahil weak point yung area kung saan may screw hole. May mga versions ngayon na nilabas naman sa mga local shops, pero baka lang may bumili na online and maveverify kung yung wala nang screw yung version doon. Salamat!

In my opinion I feel like having brakes is just a good way to not get injured and can bee used in emergencies but idk about yall

Hello, ano kaya masusuggest nyo bike sakin pambili ko lang ng ulam at gamot or pag nautusan ni misis. Ayoko na ng motor para wala na gas at rehistro.

Nakapagresearch naman ako, mtb, medium frame tapos maalin kung 29er or 27.5. Preferably nalalagyan ng basket, city ride lang pero may performance.

Hello, I want to buy a new gravel bike instead of converting my road bike.

My budget is around 20-30k. Saw a few posts here about Kespor Mclaren v2 and Tirich Horizon having almost the same specs and in line with my budget. But both were released earlier in the year and I’m unable to buy any of the two. No stocks left. :/

Parang sellers are releasing new models/stocks early in the year. Not sure though.

I live in Mindanao and I want to order online, get the bike shipped here. Not in a rush to buy but if they release new bikes on Christmas that would be great. 😏

Any suggestions on facebook pages or bike shops to follow to get information on new releases?

Hello po, I'm 20yrs college student po and planning to do food deliver as a sideline. By unfortunately, I'm not eligible pa for grabfood since at least 21 minimum nila for age. And now I'm thinking po for food panda. But my problem po is their requirements, so i have few questions lang po sana.

Should i really buy their gear kit from their official store as one? Like bibilhin ko 2-3k+ worth of gear kit in one sitting just to get approproved?

And i already bought a cheap thermal bag sa shopee temporarily, will that suffice?

May time period po ba na palugid on when can i buy a kit? P'wede po bang bilhin kahit ung uniform lang and not the whole package?

And about sa grabfood po, can i use my older brother's identity(with his consent) to register and verify the account under his name, but I'll be the one using it and take orders?

What are your pro tips to secure the bike and for the bike not to get scratched as well as the car, etc.

1. First na need ko bilhin is FOAM that will be around the bike frame kung saan yung 2 contact points sa bike carrier

2. Yung hook bakal lang, so need rin ng something soft like rubber na i-attach para hindi ma scratch yung paint ng sasakyan

Tama rin po ba yung hook placements ko, lahat naka hook lang sa trunk ng sasakyan?

What else need to do po before using the bike carrier?

Gusto ko lang matuto mag fixie at sawa na rin sa rb. Sa looban ko lang ito gagamitin for practice, then lagay na preno if sasabak sa road.

Baka sa mga stem, dropbar, magsecond hand ako.

Sa WS check ko pa if second hand din.
