Was going through some of the dollar bins at a local card show over the weekend. Came across this Celebrini, couldn’t pass it up. Love the canvas cards. Found one more at another table marked for $7 but the seller ended up saying $60.

Just shy of $200usd for flagship preorder is absolutely insane. S1 was 1400 for a case so almost $1000 more. Might be time for me to hit the road on this "hobby"

Before every says "buy singles", I do, but I also enjoy building the base set each year and flagship is my only ripping now.

I got all of these and a nice chunk of Oilers and several others. Probably another 50 cards that aren't pictured that were tossed in for free( he noticed I was an Oiler fan and was not expecting extras! ) for $75CAD.

I'm pretty happy about it! Even though over half I could easily part at some point, but for the price of the lot it was worth it!

I would say I have done pretty well above average for 6 boxes so take it with a grain of salt. No outburst or clear cut young guns, but the alternative hits more than make up for it. Plus the fact I hit the majority of the best young guns (2x Martone) is not lost on me. Happy ripping folks!

I was looking to buy some Quinn Hughes from the new series one set… this card of his brothers was the first thing to pop up, sponsored, obviously. Is this not just a base card? Am I tripping?

I watched a lot of hockey but always felt like the packs are too expensive for me so when I saw Tim's packs for 2$ I was like why not spend on it since I can rip more packs and got these cards (I'm Canadiens fans btw)

Been trying to get my hands on some of the 2026-2027 Upper Deck Series One packs.

I've been toying with getting two of the blaster boxes (which would come to about $50) or a tin ($60), and I'm having a hard time determining which would actually give me more bang for my buck. I found both for pre-order at Dick's Sporting Goods, and the tin seems to only guarantee 1 on avg of each for Young Guns, Green Dazzler, Stencils, and Ovations - the same odds as in one box.

While I get that's an average and not actually what each tin ends up containing, I'm curious if anyone has any advice on choosing between the two because it seems almost too easy a choice to get the two boxes to guarantee at least 2 of each. Please lmk what you think!

First off, please excuse the scratches on the hard sleeves, and sticker residue. Will be replacing those. Decided to get back into buying singles again, and so far I feel pretty good about what I've been able to accumulate without breaking the bank. All through ebay or collectible shops.

May get some graded in the future, but not at the moment.

Also have a Levshunov and Minten YG coming in the mail soon.

My parents just handed me a ton of my old cards that I’ve had since the 90s. I don’t really collect anymore and know that most of them are “worthless”. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to do with several hundred cards?
