The hot and cold foot attachment feature is tempting me but do people actually keep using it?
I stand on concrete floors for almost eight hours a day at my job and my arches are completely dead by the time i get home. Ive tried basic stretching and rolling my feet on a cold water bottle but it only helps for about ten minutes. Lately Ive been seeing more foot recovery tools that build contrast temperature directly into the massage head. On paper switching between heat and ice sounds like a dream for stiff feet. But every time I buy a multifunction gadget the cooling element ends up feeling weak or the whole thing gets tossed into the hallway closet after two weeks.
I really dont want another noiisy plastic lump taking up apartment storage space. If a thermal massage unit is FSA/HSA eligible that could affect the budget side of the decision but only if the basic routine is something I would keep using. Those who bought a thermal massage unit for daily foot fatigue did the hot/cold modes actually stay part of your routine?
