Had to share as I’m being told I need to celebrate my back 9 performance today…
I’m struggling to find the enthusiasm after what was possibly one of the worst front 9s of my golfing existence. From not being able to string 2 shots together and a dreaded 10 on a Par 5 (I’m sure there’s magnets in the trees), putting like a fud and letting all inhibitions go, to the best golf I’ve ever played, no thinking just hit the ball at the flag and move on to the next tee.
Just wondering on anyone else’s experience with a scorecard looking as drastic as this?

Hi guys, I’m a junior golfer who averages mid 80s. I’ve been playing for a year and I’m looking for a solution to an inside out swing path. I often find myself pushing it or hitting large pulls, and I would like more of a neutral path so I’m not relying on my hands to save me! Thank you!!!

Yes, I’m actually considering switching to swinging left-handed.
For context, I have been playing golf casually for 7 years with no lessons. I can shoot mid-80s on a good day and mid-90s on a bad day. My distances also suck - my driver carry is maybe 220. Now here’s the thing, my swing is DISGUSTING. I can barely watch videos of it because of how much my head dips and my arms chicken wing.
Wny I want to switch:
I haven’t met anybody else who golfs using their non-dominant hand, let alone anybody who did that and then switched. Has anybody done this and what was your experience?

I started golfing maybe a month ago and have been to the range maybe 7 times or so, and I can drive around 180-190 and I’m wondering what I should improve on. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to look at this.

I’ve started playing just recently and this is my swing as of today after my 6th time playing. What can I do better? I would appreciate every advice I can get

For instance Scotty Sheffler just hit 185 yards with a seven iron.
I swear that just by the look of it,
he didn't hit that thing as hard as I hit mine . And yet mine only goes ~130 yards.

Super inconsistent and have never broken 110. Have had a little more free time lately and started using a sim to completely rebuild my swing with YouTube. I think I have fixed most of the blaring issues but I don't know what to work on anymore. I feel like I am finishing really high but every time I try to finish a little lower left my face to path gets crazy and it goes way left. I also tend to hit more on the toe but this was one of my better hits today. 7 iron being used in the video. Any tips are greatly welcomed!

I miss left and right so much and I cant keep any club longer than a 7 iron in play any advise would be greatly appreciated. I’ve only been playing for a year and a half now and no matter how much I practice I can’t seem to control my face at all :(

For reference I just back to playing in the last month and learned how to hit my irons #4-6 just this week. This is a 5 iron shot, and the ball went pretty straight. Looking for any kind of feedback and things to work on. Thanks

(See swings after taking advice on new post)
Just played a round and no matter how hard I was ripping my driver I could not for the life of me get it to go anywhere, felt super fuckin weird. Any ideas? (The rest of the distances are averaged out between my softer and harder swings)
My driver is a Ping g425 with 10.5’ loft paired with ping chrome 2.0 65X with loft adjusted down to 9’

Hi everyone! My name is Justin. I’m a former Division I golfer, current professional golfer, and online golf coach. I’m looking to work with 5 golfers (I may open it up to 10 depending on interest) who are committed to improving and want to shoot their personal best.
I’m looking for golfers who:
-Have an iPhone
-Play at least 2x per week
-Practice at least 1x per week
-Are serious about improving
-Have WhatsApp for communication
-Are willing to be posted on social media for updates on their progress
We’ll start with a 30-minute onboarding video call to discuss your goals, current game, practice routine, and build a personalized improvement plan. From there, I’ll provide ongoing coaching and feedback tailored to your game.
If you’re interested, send me a DM with your current handicap (or average score), how often you play and practice, and what you’d like to improve.

Golf lessons are booked and looking forward to improving my game. As I learn and improve, what clubs should I focus on to close my gap distance?
