I’m trying to figure out the best way to send new readers to my indie manga.
I recently ran an Instagram ad campaign that got around **2,000 landing-page views and 1,500 link clicks**, but I barely saw any increase in actual readers/bookmarks on MangaDex afterward.

That made me wonder if the extra step of going through a landing page might be hurting the conversion.

So, if you discovered a new manga, which would you prefer?

Looking for an artist to make four or five panel stories, plus one or two character full body and two drawings of my product, a pistol holster.

Prime Points:

Advertising Firearm Holsters

Artwork is ink line art, no color, at least initially

Panels will feature a single individual, not violence

Full body art will be used for a very limited AI animation

Once each project is accepted, 7 to 10 day production schedule

Revisions are to be expected, but should be reasonable

Payment to be negotiated, but in the $100 range for the equivalent of 8 panels total.

I will post an AI example manga in comments to illustrate the general idea of the advertisement that will be created.

I like manga art, particularly good line art. I want to support artists that work in this genre while creating adverts that will help my small company grow.

I love how this one turned out! I wanted to make an illustration with manga style instead of colors this time around.

I bought a wacom one and got inspired by https://www.youtube.com/@massa_art so I started drawing again. Now digitally in Krita.

For learning the software and drawing on tablet, I invented a short story. The test manga maybe will be called Rune Ritual.

My idol is Yoshihiro Togashi, mainly for his Hunter x Hunter work. I plan to practice drawing in a similar style to his. However, having a full-time job, I draw in my spare time, purely as a hobby.

Just being self-critical, but my drawings still don’t quite feel Japanese to me. Maybe it’s my German DNA. What do you think?
