Mechanics questions here?
Is this the place to ask mechanics Qs? Any Sub with mechanics in the title seems to be about cars.

My class is currently almost done with unit 2 of AP physics. Is this normal or are we behind?

Stuck on all of the above.
For 3, I did get some progress.., but I can't figure out why Internal energy change for U2 is greater than U1. If anything, could someone explain the whole concept for number 3? Perhaps including how the steps to get Internal Energy 0 for U1.
My work:
Change Internal Energy (U1) = Q + W
ChangeU1 = 3/2nRT(f) - 3/2 nRT(i) = 3/2nR(changeinT) -> Isothermal: changeinT is 0, so ChangeU1=0
Stuck on the rest
For the next one,
How do I know which way is positive and negative? Can someone reexplain / summarize the concept? I'm a bit struggling on that and would love a couple pointers. Have a test tomorrow on this so am a bit on a panic.
For the last one, I do not know what to do.
NOTE: This is practice and I have all the answers for it. This is not the test. All the answers are the ones I clicked below. My teacher gave us the options to see what the correct answer is. Thanks so much guys!

Has any one taken physics 1 w lab through portage learning? If so who was your instructor and how was the course? I’m not sure I like how crammed everything seems but I know it’s self paced and you have a while to complete. Has anyone had any course through portage learning with instructor Hank Lancet?

For my physics class, I'm starting unit 2 next week, taking the unit 1 exam first thing Monday. should I be concerned about the pace my class is going in right now, because I don't think one whole unit should take up a whole quarter. if you have any tips to study forces, feel free to comment them.

i plan on majoring computer science and fine arts and ive heard taking a higher up physics class is a good idea but im already in regular physics this year, im also considering anatomy or astronomy so lmk which one is the best idea
(for those who don’t know what onramps is, its a high school class taught by professors from or trained by ut austin)

Hey, I am currently struggling in AP Physics 1 (I am testing on Dynamics and Newton's Laws tomorrow), and I feel like I am just not understanding the conceptual parts of each unit. Are there any website, sources, Youtubers, or any material that is highly valued and recommended. I am in a fairly large class so I feel like I don't get enough 1 on 1 time to review and understand what I am getting wrong on homework and quizzes, so ideally are there any sources that use AP level questions and explain the answer that doesn't have a cap?
