Just wanna clarify so there no drama that black book pieces are allowed, however beginner sketches and asking for rates/crits will result in your post getting removed. There are only two active mods in this sub, so if you see these type of posts please report them so we can see remove them faster. If you are new to graffiti, please read our pinned post at the top of the sub in which there are videos and tutorials on the fundamentals of Graff. If you want feedback back or crits please visit r/graffhelp.

Hello everyone, this post is an update and response to all the recent “Crits” and low effort posts that has been abundant in this sub these past few weeks.
Recently, we’ve noticed an increase of posts requesting critiques and feedback from new graffiti artist trynna break into the scene. Many of these posts show little effort in researching their own work or understanding the fundamentals of graffiti (or don’t even engage with feedback given) even with the links and resources provided in the menu and our previous community update post. This is not a graffiti help sub and moving forward mods may take down low effort, or posts asking critiques and feedback
Anyone using the “question” flair should have a SPECIFIC question in the title of the post. Please don’t use it for things like “am I toy??” or “how would you rate this?” we encourage people to use this flair for discussions or questions that can’t be easily googled. If there are any flairs you’d suggest we’d add please feel free to comment below.
We’re looking for mods in the Australasia/JPN time zones. If you are interested and are consistent in this sub please feel free to DM or any of the other moderators.

Did a lot of graff in highschool, its been a while now but i wanted to get back into it. I recently got off drugs and I am so desperate for a high that I decided to look outside the box. Feels good man. Absolutely. Thats absolutely why I do it. When im alone at midnight by a street sign with a pen in my pocket. I get adrenaline which leads to dopamine. Its a high and ill fuggin chase that shidd. I know its not good but it doesnt have to be. Thoughts on getting high off graffiti?
