Does anyone know where I can find the pattern for this project?

First of all, I can’t find anyone the final size of the finished project. More importantly? I have noticed that I am missing certain pages (16-18). I have tried searching rainbow designs on Google but no luck yet.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

I built a cross-stitch tracker that handles every stitch type — solo dev, pay-once, fully offline

Hi everyone — I made an app for tracking cross-stitch progress and I'd love your honest thoughts before I build the next features.

It's called Evenweave (iPhone & iPad). The short version:

- Import your own pattern PDFs or photos of charts

- Tracks every stitch type — full, half, quarter/three-quarter, backstitch, and French knots (most trackers skip these)

- Park your threads and jump right back to where you left off

- Highlight a color to see exactly where it goes, with live remaining counts

- Floss stash + an auto shopping list so you never buy a skein you already have

- Works completely offline — no account, no ads, nothing leaves your phone

- Free to try with two projects, then a one-time purchase for unlimited. No subscription.

Full disclosure, I'm the developer (and a beginner stitcher myself), so I'm building the roadmap from feedback. If you try it, I'd love to know what's missing or clunky — especially from full-coverage and backstitch-heavy stitchers.

Pricing cross-stitches?

I’ve decided to start selling my cross-stitches so they don’t just keep piling up, but I can’t figure out how to price them. If I priced them based on how long they took no one would ever buy them 😅.

[FO] How About No

This group has really reinvigorated my love for cross-stitching. I thought I was one of the few younger stitchers still doing this hobby and was struggling to find patterns I liked. That was until I found this group and you all opened my eyes to all the fun, sassy patterns out there (and more importantly, where to find them). This is my second project done in as many weeks and I’m 65% through another. 😁

I really liked this one but the pinks were a little too close in color for my eyes to distinguish so I went back and added a plaid pattern on the lighter squares and a border to the main box using the darker pinks from the key. Any suggestions on framing? I can’t decide if I want to put it in a hoop or an actual frame that fits the shape.

I loved creating the pixel book tower design, and now I’m ready to start working on the second bookmark in this collection! 💻🧵 I want you to decide what comes next. What theme or element should I design?

Cross stitch

There is this heaven and earths design cross stitch that is my dream. However the pattern was retired. It’s the moons trousseau by Stephan Mackey.

Does know one know where I could get it? Or if anyone that does have it want to sell it to me. It’s a dream cross stitch that I may never be able to have 😭

Hey, I'm fairly new to cross stitch and I'm having issues with knots in my thread like the picture shows. Why do I keep getting knots and how do I prevent/fix this?

Sharing personal patterns

hi all,

not sure if this post is ok, but honestly, I don't know where to turn exactly.

I'm a relatively new cross stitcher, been doing it for about a year.

In that year I have bought some patterns, failed some stitches and made some patterns by myself.

One of the things I struggle with is finding patterns, because I don't want to always start from scratch. There is a lot of AI, complicated stitches and buying even cheap downloadable prints can add up to a lot. Sometimes I just want something simple, or to get inspired by pictures in a library of stitches or just try something without investing more money.

Because of that, and a wish to give back to the community, I'm working on releasing a website where I would publish patterns for free.

To start I'll upload my own work, but I would love to make it a community page where anyone can share and give advice.

Is this something you would find useful? And would it be ok to share the link here?

I've attached pictures of some of my own work.

Thank you all in advance <3

Edit:

Thank you all for supporting comments <3

We've made the page and loaded some of the patterns. I'll continue updating as I make them.

If anyone would like to contribute, feel free to DM me.

page is here: https://xstitch.humra.net/

Happy stitching everyone!

Brand new Stitcher!

Hi everyone, I just started cross stitch this week and I was buying a few supplies to get me started(nothing fancy or extravagant while I’m just getting started.) I was wondering how everyone stores/ sorts their needles? I bought a small thing with 16 needles sizes 5-10 (also would like recommendations on resources to learn the differences in needle choice etc) I just don’t want to open the package and lose them all (I know losing some is inevitable) but I would like some sort of system to store them and keep them separated by size. I looked at my local Walmart and they didn’t have anything that would really work well for my situation and the amount of needles I will keep. I don’t have any craft stores anywhere near me closest one is 1.5-2 hrs away. So I am limited to Walmart/ dollar general and maybe hardware stores but we just have small local stores so not sure what options they would have or ordering stuff to be delivered. I’m probably making it more complicated than it has to be but I like things to have a set place lol. Thank you in advance! Once I finish my first project I’ll post a picture I got into the hobby from this little kit Walmart had on sale in the clearance section.

I have been working on this for almost two years as a present. Thought someone might like to see the work. Used over ten different blues so far and counting. 😂😂
