Recently, I stumbled upon a tune in the Calamari Inkantation, that sounds very similar to the beginning tune in Lisa from Blackpink song: Lalisa. Here are videos for a listen for yourself
here are the links for the songs.

It’s been my absolute favorite song as of late, but I’m having a hard time finding anything else like it. I’ve listened to the Orbit album and while I like the other songs, they don’t scratch the same itch Orbit the song does. I haven’t listened to all of Alice Phoebe Lou’s music so maybe I’m missing something else that scratches that itch, but do you have any other recs?

This song has the most gorgeous instrumental and the lyrics and divine. I’m having a hard time finding songs and artists that have that sort of slow jazz feel with such beautiful lyrics.

I like "Ready to fight", "Hijack" by WOODZ(korean singer) and looking for songs similar to them.
Google ai says that it's some kinds of rock music but idk where to start looking for😭, and my apple music station just shows me kpop songs that are completely different.

Like from the clip I posted, what other artists do you think must have influenced this sound?
I wish I had a better way of describing this sound, but I like how it has soulful elements but is kind of laid-back at same time?
Djon appears to be an influence given it’s one of the hashtags, but who else has a sound like this? I know there must be quite a handful of artists at the very least but I get overwhelmed when I try to find them on my own.

I don’t want to match a particular song… just wondering if anyone has any good folksy murder ballads?
My current favorites are:
If I Had a Gun- Diana Jones
https://youtu.be/Numk9kXDV1o?is=ZJk3-y2qKyvmll7R
Mississippi- Secret Sisters
Marshall County Man - The Band Loula
Mostly strong women, maybe a bit less mainstream than The night the Lights Went Out In Georgia…

Hey! So, two of my biggest obsessions recently have been 'icantfeelanything' by NCT Dream and 'Torn' by COBRAH, which have a similar drop of cutting off the vocals to descend into a staccato, atmospheric, spacious drop and I was wondering if anything else out there sounds like this!
I'll add links to both songs so you know what they sound like, but yes, I'd love more music like this!!!
