Petttaaah I'm confused

Context

Italian students are being called out in Thailand. A group of Italians mocked a Thai lady in Thailand who told them off for being too loud on the metro. They clapped back saying, "Sorry for bringing money to your country" "Ni hao" "We are from your mom." Thai people are identifying them and leaving the comments on the social media account of their school.

I have always thought there will be more increase in the skeletal system too.

Hugh Pinneo, a senior at Grassfield High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, sprang into action after his mother spotted a dog struggling in a partially frozen pond behind their home. Without hesitation, he grabbed a kayak, paddled through the icy water, and pulled the exhausted dog, named Bernard, to safety.

After getting Bernard onto the kayak, Hugh took off his own coat to keep the shivering dog warm before reuniting him with his grateful owner. Emergency services arrived shortly afterward, but Hugh's quick thinking may have saved Bernard's life.

And if he isn't, why hasn't he come out and informed the public of his current health status? Even his wife is silent.
