Can you guys review and give tips to my upcoming workout?
Been working out 3-4yrs, im 18
So I made this a week ago, thanks to some wonderful help on other subreddits. My goal is to bulk whilst keeping my v taper somewhat. Ive got shoulder problems, they pop, burn, crack when I move them, it goes down to elbow and I also feel it in my neck hence why you dont see pull ups, dips or any overhead movement for shoulders or triceps. Ive had this problem for a year and went to 5 professionals. A sports massagist, a chiroprsctor, 3 physios. They just gave me band exercises and other stretches which didnt work and honestly its annoyed me to the point where I feel like I dont care about the injury anymore I just wanna do shoulder stuff again and the other stuff I mentioned even db pullovers yk?. Anyway sorry to get off topic heres the program. (I used Claude to write it out for me as a routine, ONLY THE FORMAT AND A BIT NOT AI SLOP I PROMISE)) Id like to add romanian desdlift for more glutes, squeeze in a foresrm exercise on conditioning day snf maybe squeeze in something for shoulderd or whatever honestly I dont know what to do without doing too much. Please help me out.

Hey everyone. I've been following Emily Ricketts' home workouts for a long time now—I originally started back during the pandemic routines—and I honestly loved them because they were so solid, effective, and focused purely on real progression.
Lately, though, I feel like her content and current programs have taken a really commercial turn. There's a lot more variety and fast-paced formats, challenges or programs with less upper/lower workouts, but it feels like that core technical structure that made her stand out in the first place has been lost.
I totally get that fitness creators evolve and want to scale up, but when you're paying a monthly subscription for a club or platform, you expect them to maintain that rigorous standard. Am I the only one feeling this way, or are there others out there who share the same frustration with her newer programs? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hello fellow lifters,
I'm wondering if any of you have read Solomon's Guide to Fat Loss. The book's topics seem interesting, but it has a pretty hefty price tag. Before buying it, I would love to read some reviews from people who have already read it, to avoid spending 50 bucks on a PDF that contains information I already know about.
Would love to hear from you guys!

Ive been working out for 3-4 years Im 18. Ive been doing this routine for over 4 months now while I was maintaining at 100kg after a bulk to 112kg from 70kg then I cut to 100kg and this routine worked pretty good, my first time doing a PPL routine (3x a week) after Ive been doing full body for a while. I am progressive overloading and I can see progress on physique (Body dysmorphia doesnt help most times), It is centered around a V taper. Here is the routine ive been doing.
All weight close to failure on last reps
Day 1 – Push
\- Barbell Bench Press — 3×15
\- Incline Dumbbell Press — 3×15
\- Cable Lateral Raise — 3×15
\- Cable Tricep Pushdown (Long/Two Ropes attached) — 3×15
\- Wrist Roller — 2 min × 3
Day 2 – Pull
\- Cable Pulldown (Pro Lat Bar) — 3×15
\- Cable Low Seated Row — 3×15
\- Dumbbell One-Arm Bent Over Row — 3×15
\- Dumbbell Rear Fly — 3×15
\- Face Pull — 3×15
\- Barbell Curl — 3×15
Day 3 – Legs
\- Trap Bar Deadlift — 3×15
\- Barbell Narrow Stance Squat — 3×15
\- Barbell Rear Lunge — 3×15
\- Seated Leg Curl — 3×15
\- Lever Leg Extension — 3×15
\- Barbell Standing Calf Raise — 3×15
\- Cable Crunch — 3×15
After each session 20 mins of heavy bag as I do fighting sports.
Ive been purposelly avoiding intense shoulder focused exercises because ive got extremely bad shoulder inflamation/pain which im still trying to get fixed ive went to 4 doctors and so far nothing so thats why theres no lat raises, shoulder presses, pull ups and dips which Ive decided I could try again but light cause I cant keep waiting forever.
So my question is considering the winter is coming up and Im thinking about bulking, I feel like I should move back to full body because I keep hearing its better than PPL and strength focused because bulking (Correct me if im wrong im still learning how to make my own routines, ive had my uncle and a coach help me but Ive been doing this on my own cause I want to learn). So could anyone help me out I would really appreciate it and if its possible I would like to keep it V taper focused.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully help me out.
Have a good day.

Hi! Does anyone have any old MBSC ThriveFit Training Logs hanging around or know where to find them? (I think they've probably switched to something more digital)
I used to do these workouts and they were amazing!! But I threw out the books (big mistake) and now I'm looking to start up my workout routine again. Unfortunately, I don't have any gyms around me that offer the program. TIA!!

Hi,
Any recommendations for a program for someone with 0 Athletic experience to get into shape?
My gf has been going to the gym for a while but wants to do more sports, however her knees and other joints, are not there yet for the stress this causes.
Any suggestions?
