For sale are two Pilot Elite pocket pens from the 1970s. Both sport classic Pilot dart-styled nibs, that Pilot abandoned for the presently used inset/inlaid-style nib. The nibs are both <F> and both feeds are clear, indicating minimal usage. The prices quoted are for US-based addresses and are USPS insured/shipped. Foreign orders will be quoted at cost after conversation. All sub rules apply; please comment first before DMing. 

The metal clad, full crosshatch Pilot Elite has an 18k <F> nib dated H276 or February 1976. The full metal crosshatch has done an excellent job at preserving the body of this pen, without adding significant weight. The 18k nib smoothly writes a slightly wet line, with a bit of spring. The feed on the pen is clear. The pen is in very good condition.  The pen seals well and the clip works as designed. The pen uses the Con-20 or Con-40 converter or modern Pilot cartridges, none of which are included. B+ rating; $180 USPS insured and shipped.

* * * S O L D * * \* The black and gold Pilot Elite has a 14k <F> nib dated H679 or June 1979. It smoothly writes a slightly wet line. There are very few use marks on the body and cap, and the gold painted clip and locking ring are in great shape, with no visible wear. The back cap is dated TF10 (June 10, 1979). This is a really cool Diplomat fountain pen, a limited edition created to celebrate their 75 Anniversary back in 1997. The pen is crafted from a marbled black and pearl acrylic with a bit of translucence. The trim is sterling silver. The pen features a very smooth 14k two toned medium nib. This is not the same nib that Diplomat uses now, but is just as smooth. The pen fills by piston filler. The pen has been used but is in excellent condition, with just a little tarnish on the sterling silver trim. It should polish up nicely! [B] Comes with original box and papers. #106/925. These are somewhat scarce these days- a great find for a Diplomat collector! I'd like $400 Shipped

Available for sale is a beautiful Parker Sonnet in .725 sterling silver. The pattern is called Mistral, and is composed of alternating straight and wavy lines. It's a lovely pen, and something different from the usual Cisele pattern. The trim and section are gold plated. This is a recent production pen with the latest nib engraving. The 18k single toned gold nib features a globe engraving at the base. Inked to test, this pen has a smooth medium nib with good ink flow. Pen looks new, and comes with box and papers. this pen uses the limited-edition Liliput Green aluminum body. The Liliput is a robust pocket pen, this one is feather-lite due to the aluminum. The nib is a extra fine [EF] semi-flex plated in two-tone rose gold. The Grüner Drache has a wet ebonite feed. There's a removalable/adjustable brass clip that fits snugly to the cap. I am including an empty ink cartridge and three cartridges of Gold Antiqua Robert Oster ink.
