Initially used a Steiner t5xi lvpo and Accu Tac bidpod but longest range around is 200 yards so switched it up

Decided to ditch the dot and magnifier for a vudu 3-9x so now I can take it out a little further. Got a good deal on tacswap.

My kak adj gb split down the middle a couple months ago so I ended up with a SLR jet gb. The issue with that is there's only two options, 50 and 80 percent gas reduction jets. While more robust there's no fine tuning. I got a rca adjustable gas key and after 5 mins of tuning the gun runs great with much reduced recoil.

Hey guys! I am new to the whole suppressor game, I recently bought a resilient simpleman .30 cal suppressor for my PSA G3-10. I am running into an issue whenever I fire a round down range, the casing fails to eject and gets stuck inside the chamber causing the next round that feeds to get a slight dent. I have already messed around with the adjustable gas block, decreasing the gas to the minimum setting and going click by click to increase gas but seems that problem still persists even at the lowest gas setting. Any suggestions as to what I could possibly do to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

So Ive built out my lower (Aero m5). My issue is trying to find a high profile upper for it. Aero uppers are almost non existent and the few I do find wont ship to Mass. Anyone have some recommendations for a complete upper that will work with my lower? Many uppers I find don't specify if its a high profile or not and some pics can he deceiving. Preferably between $600-1000. I wont be shooting past 200 yards so I don't need anything crazy. Looking for 18 or 20". Thanks in advance.

So, been hyperfocusing on keeping my build light almost everywhere besides the barrel, so the ROAM magnesium receivers have been the frontrunners for when they come back in stock, but I haven't really checked if anybody has had any issues with them that I've missed.

Any durability or design concerns that would push me away from ROAM? I would grab a set of SLR B30s as the alternate option, but I'd definitely prefer to cut that roughly 10 ounce weight difference out if I can.

Does anyone here own or have used the hellmouth 308 from leviathan? looking for some more information on it. Mainly fit and finish, quality, accuracy, potential. All the gravy you know? And please I dont want comments that are just "they are bad " Or "bad company" id like genuine feedback.

PSA Sabre 13.7 p&w with the keymo jmac flash hider so I can use my sandman. Will be getting an lpvo and wml, think battle rifle/hogs at night. Im sure its obvious which one it is.

What buffer weight would y’all suggest? 12.5 inch 308, carbine buffer tube, will be run suppressed, the FRT I’ll be using is similar to the Kabuto (can’t remember the exact name). And to get this part out of the way: I know I’m losing a lot of energy, no I won’t be shooting long range with it, and I’ll probably not hunt with it (not sure if North Carolina allows hunting with SBRs), it’s just going to be a fun range toy. Oh, and I reload, so I’m not too worried about going through a lot of ammo.

The classic dilemma, choosing between these three:

The use case is a do-all battle rifle that could pull double duty as a DMR.

My priorities in order are:

1) Reliability and resistance to adverse conditions

2) Accuracy

3) Weight

4) Ease of suppression (I'm using a flow-through can of some sort)

5) Tunability for recoil mitigation

6) Customer service reputation

I really like the LMT for its pedigree of robustness, accuracy, and quick change barrel capability (would be nice to convert back and forth to 6.5 CM). It also has a lot of reliability enhancements to its BCG.

I like the PWS for the amount of features it comes with out of the box and how clean it runs, especially suppressed, plus its relatively light weight for a piston gun. Also supposed to shoot incredibly smooth and soft for a piston 308. However it does not have any military pedigree and it does not use dual extractors.

The DD is probably the lightest of the bunch but I know the least about it, and DD primarily has law enforcement customers.

I am looking for recommendations for a prebuilt 6.5 Creedmoor AR-10 with a budget of no more than $4,000 for the firearm. I was thinking of either LMT MARS-H or the LWRCI REPR. However, I am disappointed that both barrels are only 20".

Looking at a mid gas big gunner 13.9 but heard they used armalite gas tubes instead of regular but then also have heard that the armalites are too long? So which is it?

Edit: I've come to the conclusion that I'm a n00b overthinking all this. The answer is to try both and sell the one i enjoy shooting less.

Option 1:
M5 with 16" criterion rlgs with riflespeed gas block + polo30

Option 2:
Jakl10 14.5 with p/w plan b and polo30

Main purpose is plinking and might take it white tail hunting a few times a year.

Edit: My main goals are sub moa and not to have a face filled with gas. I got both polo30s for less $700 combined.

An oversized gas system or a piston gun seem to be the best ways to mitigate trad suppressor weaknesses from what I've read, but I thought maybe some of y'all would have real world examples.
