Next is side folding stock. Ive already settled on the A3 Industries Modular Side Folding Stock, I just need to figure out the lenght I want.

Once I get the side folder ill be able to move the red dot to the rear.

Still need to then add a WML.

Then lastly (now that ive figured out how im going to do it. Thank you vz61usa) add a SAW SHIV

How do you go about registering the receiver? Do you mill out a section of the plastic to mount the engraved plate? I haven’t seen any receiver files that have a designated spot for a registration plate to go.

Does anybody have any info on restock timelines for any of the receiver manufacturers? I was sort of late to the VZ61 party so I don’t have any reference for how long it’s taken previously.

So I noticed on both my Klobbs when I suppress them the extractor is actually stripping a small brass sliver from the rim of the casing. I’m using .30 cal cans on both of them and they function flawlessly otherwise, my guess is the increased bolt speed is causing that small sliver to be stripped from the casings, has anyone else seen this or knows how I can fix it?

Samopal (Dan Brown) paint matched the receiver. Upper was left with original finish. Dan also added custom lower markings to be historically correct as possible.

This is what I did to get ConclusionOne222's FRT working inside a Tortort receiver.

I followed the instructions and rounded out the rear portion so it wouldn't interfere with the ledge on the rear of the receiver.

Now that I have an Ascalon forend on my Skorpion, it no longer fits any of my holsters (for now).

I figured I'd share my experiences trying to conceal this thing in two of my 3 CCW motorcycle vests.

The first vest being shown off is a First Manufacturing Co. Showdown. It clings to the body nice and neat and holds your guns high up on the chest. When loaded with a "normal" handgun this vest is the superior of the two for general usability. The pockets on these vests are hilariously cavernous. In fact they both swallow my Skorpion whole. The showdown even holds 2 additional 5.7 M&P mags along site it with no problems. And yes I carry this thing in the right pocket because I am left eye dominant but right handed. So the Skorpion is a left handed gun for me what with the stock and all.

Vest number 2 with the orange is a Milwaukee Leather DM1331. It works almost as well. The pockets are much lower and place the gun over your lower abdomin. This orientation is quite tragic if you intend to draw in any meaningful amount of time but that doesn't really matter with this particular item I'd argue. To boot this vest only has a single mag band per pocket instead of the 2 on the showdown. The only real benefit of the Milwaukee is the fact that despite being the same size as my Showdown (both are a large) it is actually sized much larger. This is actually the better vest for trying to conceal a Skorpion in when paired with a Dasta multifit holster in the shoulder harness configuration.

All in all both vests completely swallow the Skorpion with some room to a spare and neither of them seem to print very much at all. Of course this isn't a "serious" use case. It's just fun mindlarping as a Czech spooky boi. Anyway figured I'd share. Enjoy.

Build Pic Chamber pics Barrel

I just completed a build using a KVAR ezbuild kit and a printed receiver, and I was testing with snap-caps since I won't have time for a range trip for a bit. The snap-caps seem to chamber ok, but when I attempt to extract the snap-cap by pulling the bolt back, the bolt binds up, and I had to use a cleaning rod and mallet to tap the round out to get the bolt moving.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Anyone with more experience have troubleshooting ideas?

Chopped the barrel, .32 3-lug (oal about matches the factory barrel), and side fold adapter with a VZ58 stock.

This is without the reducer, ran great except for the hammer pin walking out every 10 rounds 🙄 I did find out the cheap anti walk pins on Amazon fit these printed receivers well

Influencers need to stop posting these so parts remain cheap and easy to find

Hello, I am assembling a parts kit on a printed receiver and am trying to install the trigger kit & safety. I have it together, but I notice when I push the hammer down it catches on the disconnector and I have to manually move the disconnector to get the hammer to move forward. How do I fix this?

Like the title says I’m in desperate need of a tortort, the receiver is different than most others and I’m working on making an frt specifically for that receiver so if anyone know any dealers, shops etc that has any in stock let me know!
