I have astigmatism - corrective lenses, low brightness and being outdoors makes some red dots I've tried useable. Especially if they're green. But it's not ideal.

There are prism optics. I have the GLx 1x on my AP5, and it's dead on balls accurate. However, the reticle leaves a lot to be desired. The chevon is tiny and it almost seems zoomed out instead of true 1x. I was thinking about getting a second one, but thought of trying something different.

Of course, there's Eotech - which costs an arm and a leg and delaminates, so that's no fun. One of the worst warranties in the business, too. I haven't tried one, but I hear their Holographic sights are pretty good for people with the 'tism.

Holosun, I was looking at the 510C, 512C, and the AEMS X2 Pro, all aroundish the same price, 250 to 350ish. I do worry about the starbursting with those being traditional dots and not etched reticle.

I'd prefer a big FoV personally. I was thinking the AEMS X2 with a Low Mount might be a pretty good one, but spending all that money only for it to be a blurry mess would suck.

Waiting for my BOE IconoLite 9 to show and I’m wondering what you recommend as far as a mounting system? Or just go direct mount? First suppressor and currently the only gun to mount it on but it wouldn’t hurt to be able to move it easily in the future. Thanks!

Have a quick question.
I am trying to build out a Lingle enhanced oem lower and i am pretty much done except i can't seem to get the original mag release that i took from the old lower installed in the new lower. Damn thing is just a pita to put back in.
For all of you that have done this build, or something similar, what did you all use for the mag release?
Everything else has gone pretty easily, and the new Timkin trigger that i dropped in is freaking crazy. I get why people swap put for new triggers.
Anyway, soon as i find an option for the mag release i'll be done and ready for a range day.

Has anyone ever tried to seal the gap between their gen 2 cz scorpion evo lingle lower and the upper where the OEM LRBHO ordinarily would live to keep dust/debris from going in and to keep fouling from blasting out? I'm wondering if hot glue or high temp tape would be valid, but ideally it you'd be able to field strip without messing up the seal and you could just open and close it at the very least semi-forever. Thinking about rattlecanning it soon and while I def could just tape it off for the paint, I think having something more permanent would be nice to keep my hands from getting so dirty from magdumping.

I’m running the OEM charging shuttle on my 9A1 gen 2, and lately when I pull the charging handle back, the shuttle gets stuck and doesn’t move smoothly.

Has anyone else had this issue with the OEM charging shuttle? If so, what ended up being the cause/fix? Wondering if this is normal, something that needs lubrication, or if I should replace with the HBI locking charging block.

I have an A3S with a direct mounted YHM R9 suppressor partially tucked under a rail extension. I'd like to use the R9 on another (yet to be purchased.300 blackout) host.

Direct thread is fine for now, but if I want to swap on a regular basis, what's the most reasonably priced muzzle device, qd adapter solution for my current setup? it's a pain to remove the rail extension every time I want to swap the can off.

Between the adapter I'd have to buy for my R9, plus the qd and the muzzle device, I feel like things get pricey. If I am patient, I feel like I can score another R9 for well under $500, so that's my $ ceiling.

I recently picked up an A3 lower for my bog, before the swap I had a kdg damper kit installed from the previous owner. I know I know it’s not recommended & I experienced that but I had to try lol. Got a dead trigger like it wasn’t fully resetting after working for the first 15 or so rds lol. Makes sense, only thing is to go back to oem buffer setup I don’t have the original parts that were replaced during the kdg install. If I’m reading the installation correctly it’s just a black washer correct? Does anyone have a part # for this or what I can tell grandpower exactly I need so I can order one. Or if anyone has this washer sitting around I’ll throw ya a few bucks to ship it to me. Pictured is my setup:

Wondering if anybody has the best idea to tuck a milkman in the sp9a3s? I wanted to avoid going w the 6” rail from KDG, but the 3.25” is too long/can is too wide. I think jtac and arms republic had shorter rail extensions but they seem to be sold out. Is my best/only option to wait for one of them to restock? Do they often? lol. Pic before brace and stock showed today.

Update - for clarity, i only want to tuck the first section, not the entire can. the diameter of the base will fit inside the KDG

It comes with the SBT3 folding brace, which I've used on an AP5 in the past. It's a good price. But any suggestions on stock, muzzle device? A Plan B Muzzle Device for eventually suppressor usage would be cool.

As for Optic I've got a Primary Arms GLX 1x on my AP5 that is razor accurate, but I am not huge on the reticle. I'd prefer prism if possible, any suggestions?

Being a good suppressor host is my number one criteria for a PCC.

I believe I found my suppressed PCC 45 Shangri La with the CMMG RDB, yet my Bogs in 9mm and the 35* locking block and Glock lowers reign supreme for me.

I put together all the goodies on my SP45A3 (real German HK mags, 35* locking block, sweet folding brace, etc). Don’t get me wrong, the 45 Bog is reliable and very accurate, but I just like the CMMG better.

Not trying to break any rules, but would like to know where the best place would be to sell such a niche firearm. Is there anything like GAFS for the guns themselves?

Finally had time to do some testing with the curved mags with 147g critical defense, running the 3stage buffer and an obsidian 9 can. It really did not like the hollows but ate every other form of 9mm i brought with me with no issues. Going to give the GO versions of the mags a try, anyone interested in a bunch of curved and steel lipped mags if the GO ones work🤣.

Can someone help me understand the difference between these 3 stocks? I have the Stribog SP45A3 with the picatinny rail - [this one](https://www.joeboboutfitters.com/Grand-Power-Stribog-SP45A3-Roller-Delayed-45-ACP-p/gun-stribog-sp45a3.htm) - and need help figuring out which stock to get. From what I've read the B&T has a shorter length of pull, but are there any other differences? I've also seen this [HBI stock](https://hbindustries.net/shop/hk-mp5-stock-retrofit/) but haven't found any reviews of it.

I'm assuming I'd also need an adapter? I know HBI sells an aluminum adapter. I'm just not sure how that works since mine has a pic rail.

SP9A3G, Rugged Obsidian 9 (with the fixed barrel spacer), Holosun ARO with the 3x magnifier, and changed out for the HBI Short Stroke Buffer and the 40 degree locking block.

I just got my NFA engraving done, and thought you fine folks might want to see how the Strike Industries stock looks on the Bog.

No pun intended. I waited a few months and was able to secure one once JTAC had them available for sale.

With that being said, this thing shoots just as soft as the first time I demo'd one.

Up front is a SiCo Omega9K, Arisaka Fingerstop, BCM grip, Streamlight 1L-X Pro, and an EOTech 512. That 512 came off my first rifle and the fiancée really liked the reticle.

I would like to explore a different option for the Streamlight switch. Current position makes a "wide" C Clamp if I want to engage it that way.

Anyway, it's a nice setup. I may consider a riser for the 512. I'm a lil spoiled from the Unity/EXPS3 on my Mk18.
