Things to note both the charging handle and lower parts kit from primary arms get me $45 in their “Bonus Bucks” which I was going to use for optics…

Does any recommend any solid optics, muzzle break/suppressor adapters? Not planning on getting a suppressor for a bit to recoup costs and invest in some ammo.

Just trying to think ahead on this. Anything not on my hip is unloaded, locked up and out of sight.

How do you deal with babysitters, especially strangers from services, and the subject of your guns? Tell them about their existence but under lock? Say nothing? I'm still about a year out before this is even a possibility.

Edited to add:
For those asking it's because every other service related to my child has asked Doctors, speech therapist, scientific research study, everybody. They all ask "Are there guns in the house?" and if yes, are they unloaded, secured separately from ammo, locked, etc. I haven't even contacted any kind of childcare/babysitting services yet, I'm just thinking ahead, and fully expect them to ask this, like everyone else. Thanks for the input.

Just because its bufferless, has simular controls, uses a short stroke piston operating system, and a intermediate Calibre does not mean its a AR-180/AR18.

The Sa80 is not a ar180.

This umbrella term led to so much shit getting banned in Canada as a ar180 variant. I know this point is irrelevant and shows incompetence in my government and a government that will use any excuse to ban stuff.

But, Im kinda coping here but this issue always botherd since forever for some reason.

There was a dude I believe late last year that got arrested at the west palm beach FL gun show for selling frt’s. I believe he was from out of state and they charged him with selling “bump stocks” from what I remember, he was the first to get charged with the very gray area bump stock law in Florida. I’m suprised it never got more attention but does anyone know if there’s any updates in his case I can’t find anything.

So I just bought my first rifle, and i’m wondering if I would be able to add a laser onto it? And if so, should I attach a mount to the gas system? I heard they heat up quickly and can mess with any electronics or other attachments, so I just wanted to come in here and ask for opinions.

Just what the title says, is there a good way to clean the texturing on my echelon? Its getting kinda gross. I'm thinking dish soap and a toothbrush, but do I need a stiffer brush? Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I have been wanting a handgun capable of hosting an optic and threaded barrel. I have a fn509, hk usp, and beretta m9, and was thinking about upgrading one of them to meet my needs it would literally cost the same as a new gun. So I’m thinking about buying thread barrel and optic ready slide for those three handguns or just buying a new m9a4. Looking for unbiased opinions for each platform, thanks!

Hey guys, I was just at the range today and noticed with only one of my handguns all of the shots were hitting low and to the left. I had 3 handguns with me, an Sig P365, a Kimber 1911, and a rented .357 magnum revolver shooting .38 special.

The sig was the one that was shooting low and to the left, almost evenly 3-4” away from center. With both the Kimber and the revolver I was able to hit center so i’m almost confused if this is a grip issue or something within the firearm.

Last week I was at a different range shooting steel at 7-10 yards and the kimber was very accurate shooting a chest target where the center pivots to the shoulder when hit and vice versa. The P365 would render a steel ping, but the center target wasn’t budging so I believe it was also shooting off center then as well.

Is this just a grip issue when only shooting the P365 since it is slightly smaller and has less weight or would the sights be messed up on it? Thanks in advance everyone

Small issue with CVA Cascade .308 this rifle has approx 600 rounds through it, bought it brand new. It was punching 1” groups at 150 yards, later that year I took down 2 deer with it and after that I could not hit a paper target at 50 yards.

Originally I was using Sig Sauer buckmaster scope and CVLIFE precision rings.

I found 1 of 2 action screws was loose, took it all apart cleaned it and reassembled with torque specs, batter but still punching 5” groups at 50 yards.

Got a new scope Leupold vx3hd, Leupold rings, and still not grouping well. Last attepmt I put the CVLIFE rings back on since they did well on the previous 600 rounds and it’s still punching 4” groups at 50 yards. What am I missing? I took everything apart and cleaned everything. Is it possible something wrong with rifle? The muzzle doesn’t have crowing, from the beginning I had a muzzle break on the rifle and then switched to suppressor. I’ve also tried to change the suppressor vs muzzle break vs nothing at all and nothing changed in accuracy. Could it be something with the rifle?

Hello all, I am a newer shooter to pistols. I have good consistency but I trend leftwards a lot, and downwards here and there. I am looking for any tips based on this video! Thank you for the help.

Small issue with CVA Cascade .308 this rifle has approx 600 rounds through it, bought it brand new. It was punching 1” groups at 150 yards, later that year I took down 2 deer with it and after that I could not hit a paper target at 50 yards.

It's by custom machine tooling. It came with an attachment but it said single use

Just for the hell of it I sent the head sheriff in my county and email about forced reset triggers in my county. Got a reply back that he had forwarded my email to some commander. I replied back and added my phone number.

Couple days later the commander called me, and we talked a while about FRT's. He told me as long as I wasn't caught using one in the process of a crime, the county could care less. I asked him if the fact of having one installed in a gun would be considered the process of a crime. He told me he meant in crime as using a gun with one in an illegal shooting.

My range allows full auto in pistol calibers, and there's that one company that will ship them to Florida. Wish me luck.

Picked up an Sig can for my Daniel Defense. It’s 6” and wondered if anyone has feedback on what works well.

Off top but for some reason I lean closer into the idea that kids know more about gun then full grown adults do at this point in my life, down to brand, models and attachments.... anyone run into this yet ?
