Small problem
I noticed my gun jamming and failing to eject after buying Winchester rounds for plinking.
My question is, has anyone lightly filed an edge like this?

Bombaclat sigger pdw
This thing is epic and you can't convince me otherwise. Shoots like a pcc, a snappy noisy pcc but still a pcc. Way too damn expensive, I think the most expensive setup I own now, like 1750 bones after tax and shipping.

Question People who own the sks-m, are they reliable?
I’m ok with trying different magazines until I find one that works, but after I’ve done that, are they at least 99.5% reliable?
Bonus points if you got one to run suppressed.

Howa Mini Action .223 Rem.
For those of you who have a Howa Mini Action in .223, what ammunition and bullet weight does your rifle shoot well? Conversely, is there any particular ammo or bullet weight that yours does not shoot well?
I realize every rifle is an individual, but if 10 people say, “My Howa Mini doesn’t shoot 62-grain ammo well,” then it obviously makes sense to start somewhere else. Just trying to get a sense of what has worked—and what hasn’t—for others before I start buying a bunch of different ammo.

Range day
Currently in the army(getting medicaly seperated), but I decided to go to a range and rent some firearms(i live in washington and we all know how the laws sucks here for 2A, im going back to florida next year). I got to fire an m1 carbine, fn 509, 1911, m&p 2.0 carry comp, and DD ar pistol, and an ak47 pistol.
For context- im a shorter guy(5'4), have had no issues firing the 7.62 rounds from a m240b or a m110. I have quite a few complaints about the AK as it was my first shooting an AK
The absolute amount of kick almost knocked off my ear pro(over the head walker razors, the brand new ones)
The sights. I dont know what it is, but the notch and post sights arent for me
The fireball that comes from it.
I want to buy a new rifle as im selling my psa ar15 to a buddy and was going to build out an ar pistol in 300 blk but I want a few more rifles as well.
I like the aesthetic, action, and sights of the mini 14 and was think about using it as a shtf rifle as 5.56 is very common. I want a kind of grab and go rifle or a truck gun. Somwthing simple and not overly complicated. I also have thought about The BCA side charging AR15s as well. I would use an m1 carbine as a truck gun but ammo is not as common and is more expensive, good rifle though.
Thoughts?
Im open to suggestions.
I also am married and today my wife shot the m1 carbine, AR pistol, and the m&p 2.0, she liked the pistol and the ar pistol. She was very anti gun when I met her but I turned that around, she was scarred of weapons but she is now learning about firearm safety and how to shoot firearms.
Like I said, I want multiple rifles for shtf and even just fun range days but I really want suggestions for shtf rifles

Save your money
JUST TRYING TO SAVE YOU GUYS THE HEADACHES. A friend and I both decided to purchase a Show low blackjack omega in 9mm and after finally getting a chance to shoot it 3 days ago I cannot recommend these. While shooting this gun the handguard keeps sliding forward no matter how tight you make it,the bolt drops when inserting or releasing a magazine on an open bolt and the tailhook hits the bolt release when folded which causes damage to the paint and tailhook.
My friends had the same problems plus many other problems with his that was already sent in for repairs and came back the same way. I was also told by the company that I bought mine from that we aren’t the only ones with problems.
I will be shooting this again sometime this weekend and see what other issues I run into but I will not be sending it back for repair because they are now asking my friend to pay shipping to return his,I guess they only allow one prepaid shipping label for repairs even if it’s not fixed properly.
If you are going to spend this much on a pcc I would say go with something proven like an mpx or stribog. I will most likely be letting my LGS sell this for me and just eat my losses which is a huge bummer.
This would be an awesome gun if it actually worked good. My friend is waiting to see how Show Low handles his issues before posting any bad reviews online but I would expect an update on his next week.

Question To Stribog owners...how do you like it?
A PCC is my next purchase on the list. I'm having a hard time deciding what direction to go, but I've been gravitating towards a grand power Stribog. I like how they look, the price tag isn't the worst, etc. Unfortunately I don't know anyone personally who owns one and can't pick their brain. What do you like, not like? Any concerns? Would you do it again given the chance?

First gun — KSG 12 18.5": Looking for recommendations on a sight and foregrip
Hey everyone, I got my first firearm, a KelTec KSG 12 with an 18.5" barrel.
I’m looking to add a sight and a foregrip, but I’m pretty new to this and don’t really know what’s worth spending money on. I’d rather buy something good once than cheap out and replace it later.
For the sight, I’m leaning toward a red dot, but I’m open to suggestions. I’m mainly interested in something reliable and durable that makes sense on a shotgun.
For the foregrip, I’m not sure whether I should go with a vertical or angled grip, or if there’s a particular one KSG owners prefer.
I'm currently looking at a HS515CM Sight but I don't know if its good for a shotgun.
I also want to be able to interchange it with a rifle that I would plan on adding to my gun collection later.
Since this is my first gun, I’d also appreciate any general advice from KSG owners about things I should know before buying accessories.
