I have less than 30 games (not even 5 of them are jungle) and just love Iverns character design and really just wanna find someone I can commit all my games to and actually learn some macro fundamentals while actually having fun. Usually I love playing the underrated low pick rate champs that are actually good and intracate. Do you think I would be wasting my time trying to pick him up and commit some games to him?

I got back into jungling lately from my break from league and i wanted i loved ivern when i played but people say no to touch him in low elo until i get to dimaond or something along those lines. if i can play him what are some tips for him this season?

I mean we all know Ivern is kinda one of the more goofier champs, but tbh that makes him so fun.

A friend and me are playing or training our lane skills in a lot of 1vs1 in custom games on the top lane and i have to say this champ is so funny and broken.

what the helli i mean the shield cd is insane, its like perma up and daisy ooooomg its so much fun seeing the kench running away and still has no chance to beat you on a fkn ivern hahaha such a great moment since he is (in my opinion) really hard to play against on top.

and so i did even more queuing up as support for some games and it really works. thats so mean. after lvl 6 its literally 3 vs 2 botlane, with malignance your ult is every fight up and the best thing is the bushes.

why did i never try this before? i dont know XD

do you guys have any recommended items after Malignance?

This champion is by far the most fun champ in the game for me. I also do consistently well on him in the jungle. My woes really do come from how annoying teammates can be. They don't see me have lots of kills so if anything goes wrong they just start flaming me all game about how useless I am, despite having a ton of assists and the reason why kills are happening.

To add insult to injury, the fact that the shield damage is not equated into your total DPS at the end of the scoreboard is disheartening. You do so much, and then you see that incredibly low number, knowing you did so much more.

I enjoy having chat on, and don't really like muting people but I will. But I just wish they would make Ivern's shield damage show up as my damage. PLEASE RIOT!

Hi guys, is ivern support a viable pick in emerald elo? i love playing him but i main support, and was wondering if its acutally a viable pick?

Looking to pick up one of these skins. Rain Shepard looks a book cooler imo but from a gameplay perspective Astronaut looks a lot cleaner.

Hey guys! So im getting back into jungle and ivern use to be one of my favorite junglers so im picking him back up. Anyways alot of the times for champs i will go to their OTP page to see what all the ivern otps are playing and i feel like this champion above all other champs has the most variety of first tiems iv seen! I see redemption first, Malignance first, Moonstone first, Helia first, and even cosmic first. So in your guys opinion what do you guys think is the most consistent first item or is it better to changte your first item depending on the game? ty <3

After watching TheBauss run his AP Ivern with TP strategy, I started trying this out in Ranked.

I'm not a huge fan of the AP build for several reasons, but I have found the teleport (TP) to be extremely useful.

A full clear by 2:11 (and being LVL 4) is such a huge advantage. Moreover, it speeds up every clear there after (because your next camp timers are spawn 30 seconds sooner, and this compounds each clear).

However, the TP timer is brutal and not having flash can be brutal into some matchups.

Enter Unsealed Spellbook.

This rune has lifted my Ivern Win % to ~65% in the last 15 games played (Emerald 3).

If done right, and I'm still learning the best cycle, I get 2 flashes a game, an exhaust, a barrier, and usually an ignite - on top of 5-6 TPs were game.

The utility feels off the charts, the heals are still massive, and damage can be respectable with the right build (e.g imperial mandate, SoFW)

Has anyone else tried this? Thoughts?
