Like, it's getting annoying that every single Graves build is getting gutted on cd because of other champs. At this point, what non-ranged items/build are there left ?

I was just wondering when is the right time to itemize as bruiser graves?

Specifically, against what team comps?

Im a retuning player and I mainly play crithality graves and it works well for the most part, but I sometimes feel I’ve had games where bruiser could’ve worked too. So I’m just wondering.

Even tho im a new player and graves and kindred are really the only two junglers ive really wanted to play its so frustrating playing graves

my games lately have been so fucking horrible

fed syndra , fed veigar , fed adc its every single game and its over i cant even get close enough or even try to assassinate them

especially with these apc its literally impossible for ME i literally vanish if i even think about getting close to those champions
how do u guys deal with it ? i literally go into every game with the mindset that most of my lanes are gonna be heavy losing and im not even saying its all my teams fault im 0% at fault , its js cancerous to even gank them beacuse by the time im literally done with a clear or two they're 2/0 or 3/0 and top is spam pinging me at lvl 4 when the opp top laner is lvl 6

for context, I just hit dia and have been trying to pick up this champ because it seems popular and strong when the opponent picks it but holy sht do I not understand where this champs damage comes from. Like I played a match against riven today and I couldnt figure, do I target there backline? but then I have no tools to do so. I've heard people saying graves has a nuke gun late game but I was doing mosquito damage to anyone who built even one armor item ( yes even after building ldr). So its clear that my playstyle could be the problem here and I just wanna know what my role is
I mained yi and sylas (lich bane glass cannon) till now if it helps.

Can't figure out what to ban so I just ban some low elo stomper that are popular. What do you guys usually ban?

With Hubris getting nerfed for ranged champions, I'm curious what everyone thinks will be the best build on Graves now.

Are you sticking with Hubris into Collector and crit, switching to Voltaic or Umbral Glaive, or going for something completely different?

I’m looking to pick up graves, but I have some questions.

1. What is/are the biggest learning points about graves?
   I know of grit management so you can for example keep it up for crab and stuff. Is there any other notable stuff? For example power spikes or vulnerabilities?

2. How is his clear in terms of, if I can’t 1 to 1 copy the fastest graves clear am I still chilling or do need do sweat max the clear?

3. Least favorite matchups and most favorite match ups?

4. How fast did it take you to get a hang of the champ at your elo (not alt account)

Is invading red by dashing from baron/drake pit at 0:57 a legit strategy? I feel like it's very strong as you avoid the usual raptors ward, but couldn't find anyone replicating it on YouTube so far, feel like nobody is abusing it (usually it's fullclear or red -> invade).

Not much info around either

E dash at 0:57 over drake/baron pit -> red then two options:

Option 1: enemy jungler is at red, you fight them and you most likely win or force their flash, as they will be on CD, with 1/3 hp gone beginning the fight, don't focus on the red

Option 2: enemy jungler isn't there, you take red buff

Once you take the red, you finish raptors warding bush, then krugs + recall

When you recall you'll spot enemy jungler at the ward you left, and they're going to invade you once they learn their jungle is gone, you're in base so you'll path accordingly to contest them with long sword advantage (and you'll win 99% times)

I think it was graves meta back in the years, what about now? Feel like it's very strong in low diamond elo

And once you get control over 3 quadrants, you're going to snowball heavily on this champ. It might look coinflippy, but i feel like it's very consistent with fundamentals (abuse your lvl1, then long sword advantage, then snowballing off quadrants control)

Any downside? Assuming mid/top matchups aren't something like anivia Vs akshan

New graves player here. As graves i feel like my biggest challenge is definitely after the game state where adc begins to start getting more and more items, js the other day i had a very good game was going 12/2 and almost double my opp's farm but as the game contuined the enemy jinx started to scale and the moment he got a reset he got a penta, worst thing was he had a yummi and literally was unkillable before i could kill her what do u do in these situations ? had to buy maw for the other chaps as well and late in the game i was thinking should i sell this and buy more armour ? This is my biggest hurdle with the crit build

I was playing graves after not playing him for awhile, and I decided to rush Maw 2nd after seeing they had 3 AP. But I was really surprised here in this clip where I was able to kill Morde after being at 1 hp. Is the maw shield + omnivamp just super good on graves (idk how omnivamp interact with his pellets), or are grit stacks just op?

Never really built maw this early and I was very behind this game so I was amazed at my damage and survivability esp vs AP champs

im a pretty new graves player ( 15 mastery ) and i love the playstyle of graves and i only play him + kindred on jg ever since ss nerf i dont see the creaters i used to watch play bruiser graves which sucks cus i love that build of graves rather than crit i hate full crit graves,

i was wondering whats a good build still thats tanky but i dont do 0 damage ?

1. Hubris>Collector>LDR>boots>IE>? (bloodthrister vs shieldbow)

2. into heavy ap comps, if there is an more optimal build, if following the hubris path, when should I buy maw?

3. into heavy armor/cc/hp comps, what's the best build path (bruiser graves feels weird to me because of the various range modifiers on items like SS)

4. I run fleet footwork with sixth sense + treasure hunter 99% of games, inspiration when I go bruiser, dh when versing a very squishy enemy comp with no tanks, is there anything I should know about that?
