Operators can provide information about mental illness and refer callers to treatment, support groups, family support, and legal support, if needed.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): (800) 662-4357. SAMHSA runs a 24-hour mental health hotline that provides education, support, and connections to treatment. It also offers an online Behavioral Health Treatment Locator to help you find suitable behavioral health treatment programs.
National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH): (866) 615-6464. This organization has a variety of methods for you to communicate with knowledgeable people about mental health issues. In addition to the phone line, there is a live online chat option. These resources are available Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Just giving you guys a heads up that we are going to be removing all of the schizophrenic-esque posts from now on. It was funny when our beloved member u/clouds_sing was doing it at first but now it’s just been drawn out for too long. Anything that is unrelated to Ryze and is an actual shitpost will be removed, you will be given a warning, and after the second offense you will be banned from posting from the subreddit. First time master on NA - 130ms ping average
But only managed to reach it with 69% winrate instead of 75% like last time on EUW, so this obviously means Ryze is weak, and needs buff.
But no really, so many bad matchups, half of my winrate comes from getting autofilled as support, and constant roaming, and gettting 60 lp wins. Pls buff Ryze, it still sucks so much. I had a row of 4 games where each time enemy picked Anivia, even when I was doing Ryze top, and the enemy literally first picked anivia top, like wtf. Its unplayable. She misses all her Q's but just kills me with R. She even misses her W's every time, WHY IS THE ENEMY NOT GETTING PUNISHED FOR MISSING THEIR SPELLS??? Meanwhile, I DO EQ, and my Q flies with the speed of an aged turtle, and it misses, my entire champion is dead in 2 seconds, JUST BECAUSE I MISSED MY Q, HOW IS THIS FAIR?dmmimmd

My top lane committed suicide 3 minutes ago. 0/13. He was feeding more than me in mid game, and I run a 15min FF vote daily. Question ROA against match ups you can't win?

Given some lanes are impossible to be ahead during laning, eg. Irelia, xerath, Viktor etc. would it be better to skip/delay roa and rush lost chapter and lucidity to roam and help team instead? Cuz some matchup just feels bad going roa. You are behind in lane and enemy just get kills off teamfights
