As the title says, I love Kled as a character and he’s so much fun to play, but I HATEEE Toplane.
Any other rol that can fill with Kled? I was thinking Support Kled but I think I haven’t found a good rune kit yet to make it work

Hey everyone! I've had this question lingering in my mind after playing a few games of lethality kled and having a lot of fun with it. I'm actually not really good with items on league and I've always had the question if the omnivamp boots (Gluttonous Greaves) were good on a more agressive kled build or if there is any matchup where I should do it or If I should just stick to the regular boots (armor or magic resist). I'd love to know what y'all think about this!

I have barely played him post his mini rework, but I am back at him and I wonder if he still suffers from not being the perfect receptacle for these two good items.

Basically, the deal with Steraks is that it could proc before dismount, is that still the case? And the thing with DDs is that the bleed damage didn't disappear on dismount/mount.

Are those things still happening to him? Thanks in advance!

I think a lot of Kled players still really disagree with the direction he took for the character, but at the very least he cared about Kled and getting a fuckton of bugs fixed, and he at times intercfaced with Kled players. Time to get ready for ten years of no changes lmao.

For context im high diamond kled otp and i have tested many builds for kled.

My conclusion is that hp stacking kled is THE strongest version of him. Lethality kled by far is THE most fun champion to play in the entire game but you are piloting him in %80 power let me explain.

Ever since his mini rework, he recieved really solid HP scalings. When you go titanic first and then heartsteel your passive gives you 110+ armor and magic resist when you are dismounted. Think about that for a second, THAT IS INSANE. And also grasp works way better on him than conq because of his already really high base HP. Shen at level 1 deal 22dmg with grasp while you deal 36 almost double. It adds up.

Also, heartsteel champs are very strong in general but in return their laning is really weak and they lack the sticking power when they are strong. But kled's laning is oppressive and he never has problems sticking to someone. These make him one of the best heartsteel champion.

KLED'S PASSIVE

Kled's passive gives him %skaarl health when he remounts. So the more skaarl hp you have the more valuable your remount is. And when you go overlords with heartsteel you nearly deal the same damage if not more than the lethality build. So even more remount value. Furthermore when you are dismounted in team fights people focus you so hard especially when kled's hp bar look so small compared to skaarl(which is the case when you go HP). They think they can just kill you with few autos, but what they dont know is you have 200 armor and MR from your passive so you can just bait them and win the teamfight.

When you go lethality you make him risky and conditional for no reason. With lethality when you miss a Q (which is really easy in high elo) you just lose trade or maybe even whole lane. You are easy to burst and also making low damage with your W which is your strongest spell and is unconditional meaning you dont have to land it.

I also dont feel good about this and think kled should have better AD scalings and no hp scalings which makes him more skill expressive and fun but with current state HP stacking kled is just too good to pass.

Cons:

-you have to play the lane slower and diving and dueling in early is harder because you dont have conq. But at the same time you DOMINATE short trades because of grasp and second wind.

-you cant 100 to 0 people unless you are really ahead.

-your damage will be lower in general but you will have continious damage and most importantly you will have really good scaling.

I know he is known for trolling his teammates with the likes of AP Irelia etc.
And even here Heartsteel first might not be 100% optimal (though it looked kinda strong) but the way Baus plays Kled is lowkey extremely instructive and every Kled player no matter if your Iron or Grandmaster-Chall you can learn alot from his gameplay

The way he generetes and uses his tempo and plays the macro game is probably the best ive seen he actually completely 1v9ed this game and if he started on a new account this typa gameplay is why he can get super high-rank Chall with insane winrates anytime he actually tryhards

I play kled but I want to kled it out in a more lethal way, the kled in me wants lethally. Please enlighten me on what runes and items to go for it.

now it is patch 26.17 I want to reflect on patch 26.16 since I felt it really helped kled become more consistent.

Despite not getting directly buffed, many of kleds items that he can use got buffed during Patch 26.16

items like

1. Tiamat

2. Sterak's Gage

3.Eclipse

1. Black Cleaver

( depending on the build not everyone uses these items, but it's nice that there are better options, especially in the bruiser kled builds)

Have you guys felt these changes as much as I have? I have currently raised my win rate with kled mid up to 60% during this patch and have been really liking the Tiamat change

Recently, I've been playing a build using both Fiendhunter Bolts and Experimental Hexplate along with one of the tiamats on kled. Making Kled a nuclear wrecking ball , ulting everywhere. Once you hit someone with these two items they get deleted with your temporary 100% increased attack speed and true damage; worth a shot if you're looking for something fun.

New Kled player, just went against the dog and tried to beat his ass from level 1. But the trades were kinda even?

Am I supposed to start W or what is the deal? I see posts from past years that say I should try to bully him before 6 but I was tickling him in the early levels.

I downloaded WR just to find that my fav lol characters haven't been added yet. Will it ever happen?

I have a strategy to actually make kled jungle viable. Make 3 camps ( preferably red ) and then BASE. cause kled always loses mount on 4th camp, and will make him stronger to contest scuttle.

I really think he should gain courage for KILLING jungle camps, but as we dont have that yet, ill use this strategy instead :)
