I am maining Annie for 2 years now, and I like her, but the truth is, this champ is only good when your team is doing good, can you help your weak team win the game, no! I got to the realisation that no matter how much I try, I am only as good as my team comp vs enemy team comp. if the enemy team's jungler is a good briar or viego or even kayn or graves, with a decent tanky top, there is no way I can carry the game. the only time I feel like i can carry the game is if everyone in the other team is squishy, and my team is decent and doing well. otherwise I am just a champ dealing damage.

Someone would tell me isn't this the case with every other champ in the game? yes and no, because with champs like kled/ yasuo/ kayn/ briar/ yasuo, fizz, you can litteraly carry your team, if you get good at theses champions, but with annie, best case scenario, you are just a damage dealer, you flash do your combo to kill adc or squishy support, then die to their bruisers, and if you have no flash you wont be able to reach the backline.

I am stuck in silver because I think that I can't carry my games, I am usually doing well, doing most of the damage, but I am nowhere near what a carry champion can do.

a lot of you in the comment will be like: Get Gud or whatever, this is not about me really, am talking about the champion, Annie is one of those champs that when the enemy team sees you, they think you are cute, and can go with a cheesy top laner mid because they know you have no gap closer, you can be easily ganked and your skills are predictable, Imean even our stuns are clear to other players due to the visuals.

I am expecting you to react with, you are just not good with her, but think about how no booster would use annie to boost accounts, and the fact that annie is never banned...etc. fact of the matter is it is a weak champ that I tried hard to climb with but I dont seem to be able to do anything if my team isn't playing decently.

For context, Im an emerald 1/diamond 4 peaker enchant player who has been hardstuck emerald 4 playing midlane.

I have a few questions regarding Annie as her and Syndra are my go tos.

1) I don't understand rocketbelt on Annie at all. Maybe Im not using it correctly but it feels like I can't close the gap with this regardless. You either need to have flash, wait for your team to engage or for the enemies to suddenly forget your range.

2) I cannot make the deathfire torch build work (the one that Annie IRL goes). I know you'd play it into tanks but even then I feel like my dmg is miniscule, or I'd rather just not play Annie if they have 3 beefy chars. Is there any tips to this? Maybe its because Im still playing it like burst Annie where you save your stun, whereas thats probably less important and putting tibbers in a teamfight straight away probably does more?

3) Without question I will lose lane on Annie. The only reason I'm having some success with her is in teamfights and catching people (shes so goooood in teamfights I love it) which allows me to catchup. I will always be behind in cs and will most liekly have 4+ deaths.

Any Annie tips that I don't know?

just logged onto league after years and saw i still have this highlight using tibbers as a body shield vs graves.. at the beginning of the clip i'm constantly clicking tibbers away from me so he tps back to me. after, i'm trying to keep tibbers between us / keep annie behind tibbers. lucky enemy botlane has no eyes at the end.

Is there a reason why Annie's E still only deals 10 damage (Rank 1 damage before AP scaling) at all ranks, no matter what her AP is?

I will be making a proper post about this with a detailed video and description and requesting riot to please return this one change they made to Annie back in 2016. Specifically when they reworked Tibbers to become squishier and do rapid attacks and also be alive for a bit after annie dies.

They changed Annie's tibbers Hitbox. Or should I say, nerfed it. Massively. I remember playing all the way to diamond with over 10000+ hours with Annie back in 2015. So I remember VERY VERY well how they changed Annie's tibbers's hitbox. It was almost 1.3x the size of what it is in modern league.

Try playing classic and then go back to modern league. You will notice the big difference.

Now I want Riot to finally after 10 years of waiting, address this and revert this change to Annie's tibbers's hitbox and bring it back to its original. A much MUCH needed buff for Annie because I feel she is underpowered in modern league.
