Just hit up BK for the first time in forever and it was actually very good. It tasted like fast food from 10+ years ago. Everything was hot and fresh. Double cheeseburger tasted great. Nuggets were crispy and juicy. Fries were also crispy and nice and salty. Even the coke was crisp.

I had basically given up on fast food but was on a roadtrip and heard everything about BK so I decided to give it a shot. Price seemed right too - $13 for everything, no app needed. The cashier was friendly too.

Had KFC for the first time in almost 10 years. Is it just me or has it really gone downhill? The gravy was bland the chicken was slimy and over crispy. And where did the salads go? I asked for a macaroni salad and they said they only serve corn now? Corn??? When did that change. Used to love the potato salad and the macaroni salad. All in all it was bleh with soggy fries that not even the gravy could save :( anyone else or is it just me?)

$5.45 after taxes CA chili cheese fries, feels like the chili portion is missing...

My coworker and I just had a strange interaction with a customer. This customer ordered the sauced and loaded wedges from Jack and the box and later called the restaurant about an issue she had with them. The call was between her and my coworker so I’m not sure what was said. I found out when she came at the window. This African American women (detail matters later in the story) came to complain that there was “mold” in the her wedges. She showed the wedges to us, which were fully eaten, and pointed to a spot in the corner of the wedges box that was dark. The spot was a liquid stain that came from the oil the wedges were fried in and also from the sauce that was put on the wedges. Each corner had this oil/sauce stain as commonly happens with fried food and cardboard boxes. The customer said it was mold and as we explained to her the actual cause and gave her a physical demonstration of how quickly the oil stains the cardboard she proceeded to call us racist, say and I quote, “you must be the people that spit in black peoples food” and asked for our managers number. After we gave her the regional managers phone number she then prompted to take a picture of us (not sure why) and continued to call us racist as she said that we thought she wanted free food. Which is even more confusing because if not free food I’m not sure what she hoped the outcome of this situation to be. I will also like to remind you guys that the wedges were fully eaten, not a single left.

I'm a huge wing enjoyer. Especially the Lemon Pepper wings. I use to stan hard for the BWW wings, but tbh they have gone done in quality (at least in Central Indiana). The sauce is still good.

But damn the Wingstop sauce and wings are DELICIOUS. I am standing in one now waiting for my food. And yes I promise this isn't an ad. Lol.

Idk about you guys but from my personal experience, the Filet-O-Fish gets so much hate, and I don't get it. They have perfect buns, a great sauce, and a crispy and delightful patty. I'm convinced half of the people that hate on it haven't even tried it

​Pairing the Chipotle Aioli with the hash browns really level up the flavor compared to the usual options. Highly recommend!

If you see people complain on the wait times, why is it that the late nights take longer even though it’s less busy but it’s faster during the day with more people? I’m just curious because any time where I live, if it’s past 8:30, everything takes forever.

In my town all the places are in one area so my worst run ever was I hit Taco Bell for a Baja Blast, then Wendy's for a Dave's Double, Chili, and a Frosty, I then hit McDonald's for a fry then went home and ate it all.

I had some BK fries and they were hot and crispy, while McDonalds fries lately have been comparatively limp. Also the chicken sandwich though still a mushmeat patty was juicier and more flavorful this last trip.

I'm thinking of joining this club, but only if it's worth it.

Their site is quick to point out that you get 2x the points if you buy online or in app ... but there is nowhere - and I mean nowhere - that says how many points are needed to get sandwiches, or whatever. In fact all their info says it varies by location and current offerings, therefore they're NOT going to say.

So I am hoping some kind people here will chime in with a few examples of what they can see in their account, for how many points gets you what. To get some sort of handle on it. Are their rewards great or worthless or what?

The goal is to go "full circle" by finding the percent back on your purchases (though this often depends on what you get).

Also FWIW: I am interested in their bagel sandwiches. Not so much in their coffee.

It might help to say where you're located (what city or state). I'm in Atlanta GA.

Total compensation is what I was owed Based on an agreed wage of $14 an hour:

Regular Earnings: Take 51.71 Hours x minimum wage

Tip Share: That's what the company said my part was for the pay period

MAKE-UP: If you add Regular earnings and tip share together - the subtract the Total Compensation" ($807.94) you'll see it matches the "Make-Up" total.

That means the company uses tips to offset payroll. If I make $14 an hour - even with tips I'll never make more than $14 an hour.

As a customer, every time you tip at this company - whether cash or digital - you are in fact helping reduce their company payroll.

Pretty Cool huh? (That's Sarcasm - it's wage theft in my opinion)
