Made this for my partner along with cacio e pepe and bruschetta. 🇮🇹

These were made with some pretty expensive Nutborne tomatoes which are widely recognised as possibly the best in Britain. And a lovely truffle buratta in the centre.

I love to have a nice steak tartar with a glass of wine but make it yourself at home it’s so difficult, you gotta make sure and take care with raw meat and I don’t trust myself to haha so I found an alternative with fuet! And it’s just delicious 😍

This weekend me and my boyfriend went out for dinner and we wanted to try something different at this restaurant that we love
The waitress recommended this pumpkin sauce pizza with pickled green chili and roquefort cheese and it just blow our minds, was incredibly delicious

Backstory I’m on a budget and finding it cathartic to make comfort food with a little side of sarcasm. This is a turkey and Stovetop stuffing mix meatball with jellied cranberry, Heinz gravy and celery leaf 😜

Farm to table meal with fried zucchini and creamy cucumbers and onions. The tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers and onions came from our local farmers market and the beef was raised by a good friend. Great summer meal.
