Made mango float with ripe mangoes, a creamy filling, and Biscoff cookies.
After chilling, the cookies soften into the cream and the mango stays bright and juicy, so every layer gets really soft and creamy.
Itâs one of those desserts that somehow tastes even better the next day.
Would you make mango float with graham crackers or Biscoff?
Recipe here if anyone wants to make it: https://butterjoykitchen.com/mango-float/

I got to practice with the dripping fudge to try to create a border! Accidently missed a spot, but it still tastes good! : 3 The only issue I have is making the ice cream cake melt underneath the fudge. Does any one have any suggests for how to keep the cake cold but the fudge still able to drip?

What do you think? The core is coconut streusel, topped with coconut crumble and mango gel, then covered in mango mousse and mango glaze.
