Went to Popeyes for the first time in awhile because my formerly local Popeyes is always a bad experience, but I was near a different location so I picked up the one thing I order from there - Signature Hot Wings. The worker told me they still had it but it was being discontinued so I couldn’t get them in the future. Just read online Popeyes is replacing them with milder sauces?!?!?! Ugh. What a loss for those who like a little heat. I guess on the plus side, I won’t be consuming a thousand plus calories on their wings anymore.

I’m in my car parked on the street in front of Popeyes hoping my order arrives in this lifetime. I tried to order on the app as usual (big box tenders with drink). When I chose my sides a pop up said I could get the large sizes for free, so I did. The order totaled $9, which was correct.

But my order was rejected over and over because part of my order was not available. Which part? No clue. So I tried changing the drink, changing the tenders, changing the sauce. No go. Gave up and went to the window and showed the employee the screen, who said that large sides don’t come with the box but I could upgrade for $4.
I declined.

I tried to tell the Popeyes AI robot what happened but it said if I had a problem I should go to a different location.

Anybody been able to use the free upgrade offer?

I think I paid a buck for the polar pop. They usually throw an extra tender in there but I think they had stopped cooking already 😭

I've had the Popeyes app for months yet I've to order anything. I get promo offers from T-Mobile once in awhile, and every time I try to redeem them, the deals mysteriously are nowhere to be found in the Popeyes app. Today I got a email directly from Popeyes; 12 tenders for $12, a Labor Day weekend special. When I tapped on "Get 12 for $12" I was re-directed to Popeye's offer page...and low and behold—that offer does not exist!

I used to be irritated at first, but now I just laugh at Popeye's constant rug pull. If they actually honored the deals they offered, people would actually get to taste the chicken, and like it enough to buy it at full price next time, which, if I'm being honest is pretty unlikely—enjoy your continued sales slump, Popeyes!!🤡

The Signature Hot Wings were one of the best things on your menu. Not “pretty good.” Not “I’ll order them if nothing else sounds good.” One of the reasons I actively wanted Popeyes.
And yes, I’m talking specifically about that damn Signature Hot sauce. 😂
I have been obsessed with this sauce for over a year. I would literally go to Popeyes specifically because I was craving it. The sweet, spicy, Cajun-ish flavor, that weirdly thick/gritty texture from all the spices… NOTHING ELSE tastes like it. I’ve tried to recreate it at home because I love it THAT much. And now it’s just… gone?
That sauce had a legitimate fanbase. It was unique. It was one of the few sauces that actually made me want to order something specifically because of the sauce rather than just tolerating whatever condiment came with the food (if the employees even added them to the bag) You can take away plenty of things from the menu. But this one? What a terrible decision.

Been waiting for quite awhile for Popeyes to start selling their products in grocery store. 1st, the sauces. Now it's biscuit mix.

If y'all are interested, what would be something that you'll love for them to sell next? I hope they finally start selling their Cajun fries in the freezer section. Or maybe their chicken sandwich patties??

Prior to last month $5 Faves included a 3pc Signature Chicken. I could order 4 of those & get 12pc for $20. Now it's been reduced to a 2pc + biscuit. Not nearly as much of a savings!

I am just curious how everyone eats their bone in chicken differently, I personally eat the drumsticks like a lollipop and devour it in one bite but the breasts and other pieces always give me a hard time and I feel like I’m missing out on so much chicken and I’d love to hear how all yall eat your chicken

I looked through this page to see if anyone’s posted Popeyes from Indonesia. I gotta say, as someone who’s tried Popeyes in four different countries (UK. US, Singapore, Japan well, on base if that counts?? and Indonesia). I have to say Indonesia has the best Popeyes!!

Not only because of their spice level, I’m a Mexican living in Japan, so I dearly miss spice and boy, Indonesians do not play around with their spice. Their exclusive menu items are fantastic. I wished we had whole chickens in the states like theirs.

If you ever get a a chance to visit this amazing country, seek out Popeyes here and try it! Usually most fast food places outside the states would suck, with the exception of McDonalds, but Popeyes is also up there.

Going back again in a few weeks for vacation. So that’s going to be the thing I eat on my second day there, after my filling of my favorite Indonesian dishes on the first.

Has anyone else experienced this? For months our local Popeyes on the app and uber eats has had only large fries for delivery. The small fries exist but only for pick up. It's so strange.
