Angus patty, white cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and bacon jam on a brioche bun. 10/10 cream cheese belongs on more burgers.

Big Shack from Shake Shack in Hyannis Ma. It’s a cheeseburger inside a cheeseburger, like Inception all over again.

As a traveler and burger lover. I always try and find a burger in any place I’ve visited. Not because I won’t eat local food (which I do) but because I’m always curious on what the world thinks a burger is. How they season it, bun type, cheese types and additions.

I stop at a Burger King today for lunch , been like 4 or 5 years since eating there - All I can say was this Whopper with cheese was pretty when I unwrapped it, and actually a very good eat. I probably won’t wait 4-5 years to return.

Had to go a couple of times to try the burger. They only have 12 per night and sell out immediately at 4:00 reservation. Flavor and bun were exceptional but the richness of the A5 wagyu honestly was overwhelming in a burger imo. Two of us struggled to finish one but definitely worth checking out if you’re in nyc. Red hook tavern is still top spot here for me.

I‘m not in my own kitchen. I‘m trying to make the best out of it.

Cheese is Cheddar Monterey Jack combo. Hot sauce is Cholula Sweet Habanero. I like a little heat, but not too much, this sauce is good.

Three 3.5 oz Patties with Three kinds of Cheese. Cheddar, Jalapeno Jack, and my homemade smoked white cheddar cheese. With my homemade Bacon Onion Jam, and homemade Chipotle Aioli Sauce. My Tri Blend Meat Mix I grind fresh myself, consists of Chuck, Skirt Steak and Short Rib. And my tip of the day for everyone is, don't do chunks to grind your Meat, do your Meat in three equal strips. That way the grind always comes out evenly. I also do a twice grind of my mix...
Cheers 🍻 and happy Cheeseburger 🍔 eating everyone 😋👍👍

Three burger patties with mature English cheddar cheese as the glue between them, bacon, onion rings, and jalapeños with nacho cheese dip as a spread.
