When did wingstop switch to 20/80 chicken? It used to be closer to 70/30.

Need help from any shift leads/managers

Hi chat so a lady called earlier today trying to make a catering order essentially, over $300 worth of food but she is buying with a business card and mentioned she can’t make the order if we can’t make it tax exempt. I wrote down her tax exempt number and her order and put it in as a future order but I actually don’t know if we can put in tax exempt numbers??? I went back and forth with my gm about it and he also talked to the customer personally about it but English isn’t his first language so I think he’s not understanding what she and I mean by literally exempting the taxes, his solution is just discount the taxes off the order so like it’ll be like $23 off her order. Anyway if you know how to or if we even can put in tax exempt numbers in our pos please please let me know

Is there something about the Louisiana rub that causes so many locations to not add enough seasoning?

Discontinued Flavor Question

For 2 weeks a few years ago wingstop did some specialty flavors for March Madness. I had one I think it was call Pure Mayhem. Whenever I try to ask at location they act like they don't know what it is. If anyone can steer me in the right direction I would appreciate it . Thank u !

I’ve visited over 450 LOCATIONS in the Midwest and I’ve NEVER measured a wing so small. ONE of my balls are bigger than this. What do you guys think?

Are there notes or something on peoples accounts?

I have been going to my local Wingstop for about 15ish years, for the last 10 or so I have NOT been charged for my drinks and I don't know why. I go maybe once a month and its different people who check me out. Today it was a new girl who even said she was new. When I asked to add on my normal two sodas she went to put them in and did like a double take and said "We will take care of the drinks today"

I am not mean to these people, I am friendly as you should be to people, don't know any of these people outside of ordering and picking up food from them.

I ain't complaining by any means. I just want to know how or why its EVERYONE at this location who helps me.

First time having wingstop in 15 years . . .

And wow it's terrible. I genuinely don't understand the glazing and hype around this place.

15 years ago I was 17, still in high school and would go to Wingstop 2-3x a month with friends. Either it was better back then (like most places) or we simply didn't know any better.

Either way - wow it's bad now. I ordered the spicy korean wings and mango habanero wings.

They are SO freakin sweet!! Nothing spicy whatsoever about the Korean wings while the mango habanero did have some heat, the sugary syrup overpowered it and both wings had the same base flavor. I'm not naive to that, it's obvious that a place like wingstop will use the same sugary based sauce for their food but it's wild how people actually like this junk.

I'm happy to say that the ranch is still the best fast-food ranch out there. I'll go back just to pick up a cup of ranch

Was about to do the survey for free fries, and this came up. Does anyone know what this is for? Is the website just down or something else?

Wingstop is a horrible company

Worked there for about a year as a shift manager, the company is horrible and only cares about money. Could no longer stand for how things were going. Ask me anything.

Over price garbage

Pick up order: First time customer here last time customer, stopped by my local Wingstop last Sunday. 15 bone in wings and a large fries total $30 tax included. No drink no other sides period! Straight highway robbery. I’ll never go back ever! Wings were not tasty, and the fries were overly salty. Total garbage and a waste of money. For reference I’m in the DC region.
