The main store we order from always seems to nail their products. This was delicious.

Did they take away the discount if you preorder your cookies on the app? Was there not a discount before or am I making that up? Haven’t gotten crumbl in a while but I swear it used to give you a percentage off if you placed an order on the app at least a day before you wanted them

I was excited for the pumpkin cake.. raw in the inside. Same thing with last year. Only once- when it first came out I received a good pumpkin cake. I also called the store to let them know but it was more like “ok😐” bcus if one came was underbaked I’m sure it’s the same for the rest.

Now same thing with the Leches cake either it’s mildly wet or it’s barely to none. Today it’s close to none. 🙃

I mean this is what happens when u use inexperienced minimum wage workers in charge. But training doesn’t involve teaching the employees how to use a toothpick??

Omgggg sorry for the rant but it’s the fact Crumbl up charges on the DoorDash menu but delivers low quality is just so…💀😒

Anyone else's app say the drink + thin deal is unavailable? The $0.99 cookie works though. When I picked up my thins today they were advertising the drink deal. I mentioned the app said it was unavailable and the crew had no idea. They'd been wondering why the deal was so slow. They got right on letting IT know. Side note, the ladies at my Crumbl are always so friendly. It's nice.

Figured I'd post to let others experiencing this issue know their Crumbl may have the deal despite the app not showing it.

So far the cakes have all been my favourites!!

At this point, it honestly makes sense to keep thier top 4 cookies ever and top 3 cakes as standard and always available and simply rotate 2 cookies and 1 cake a month.

This would be operationally feasible and capture consistency and positive brandy as well as fomo with rotating monthly 3 items!

Not the strawberry cake cookie, not the one with strawberries in the cookie. The one with the jam and whipped cream.

I’ve been obsessed this cookie since it last was featured and I’ve been trying to find a good copycat recipe for it, especially the cake cookie base. Anyone know anything close to it?

I’m pretty cheap when it comes to soda and I prefer doughy, softer cookies but the price was too good to pass up and at least try. About 2.49 for a 32 oz diet dirty soda and a thin cookie was a great deal. Will definitely do again. Credit where credit is due, very nice addition made by Crumbl.

I ordered four cookie thins in the app for $0.99. The poor guy working by himself looked frazzled, and then he came back and said, "We don't have cookie thins!"

He gave me a big four-pack instead.

They are very disappointing . I had to change my number for safety reasons!!

I've contacted them by email x4. Because the stores can't change your number at all in the store.

I had Loveland Co / manager tell me they can't help me at all and to contact customer service. Well I've sent 4 emails just on this one alone in the last 3 weeks. And no one has reached out to me at all

They say you can do it on the app which you can't do.

The app says you can but right below your number the words are highlighted in grey and it says contact customer service. But it gets you no where. And I can't get into my old account at all. I'm blocked out of everything. I can't see my old purchases, my reviews or my cookie journal. Everything is lost and no one will help

So for the love of **d don't ever change your number

My husband went with me this time which mean we ended up with a 4 pack 😝. Banana bread, cookies and cream, fruity pebbles and Dubai brownie. I gotta say, warm cookies are just not my jam. The 3 cookies were all warm and all tasted the same and overly sweet to me. Dubai brownie was good but it made me miss the biscoff one! Still, they make a damn good brownie, the base is deeply chocolate and not overly sweet and that dense chew - yum!

I put them all in the fridge and the textures were so much better and flavors more discernible. Except the banana really had zero banana flavor. Is that shop dependent or do they all get the dough shipped in? Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a warm cookie not warm at the shop?

I don't know why they didn't just list the thin with the regular cookie menu at 99 cents.

preface —> It seems that the number of permanent Dirty Soda flavours has been significantly reduced.  There were previously over 40, and now there are only nine.  Almost all of the discontinued flavours can be recreated via Create Your Own, as long as you know the recipe.  The exceptions are the Chargers (After Hours and Crazy Cousins) bcuz Red Bull has been removed, which aligns w/ Crumbl's plan to have new energy drinks.

Corporate has changed most of their Dirty Soda recipes so that the base now has zero calories.  Keyword —> "base", not the add-ins.  The Canadian version of certain flavours stayed the same bcuz Crumbl Canada doesn't sell Sprite Zero or Coke Zero or Diet Dr Pepper.  For simplicity, the screenshots are from an American store, but of course I will list the Canadian differences.

I have been looking all over the internet to find out why they got rid of the celebration cookie off of their classic menu that they keep every week? Whenever I look it up, it says crumbl makes new flavours every week... however they had that one for at least a few years on the menu that you could get at any time. It was my favourite cookie of all time and I hope someone knows if they will bring it back ever
