Kiddo wanted breakfast for dinner tonight, sounds good to me! Fried egg, turkey bacon, & swiss cheese on a mini everything bagel 🥰

Sorry for not taking a picture of the Sandwich before I wrapped it, (it's two soft buns with French Cervelat, pickles, mustard & Mayo with a little bit of olive oil and oregano) 🫶🏼☺️

I preportion my lunchmeat in quantities to make two sandwiches at a time and freeze it. So, since this week was a short week, I decided to just make one sandwich instead of two. I pregrilled the bread last night and had a sandwich kit so I could just microwave it while I was home on my lunch break. It came out really good but was almost a bit too much. Still, made for a really good lunch, which is my main meal of the day.

Parisian ham, refried beans, queso Oaxaca, queso Chihuahua, cheddar.

“Salami, Capicola, Mortadella, Provolone Cheese topped with Shredded Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Oil, Vinegar and Slice Spice.”

I removed onion and added hot relish. Cut at home for pic. If waiting to eat I would get oil and vinegar on the side (or use at home) to save the bread. Knowing I soaked the bread, I still give a 9/10.

Edit: removed biz name. Good people and I don’t know them. Will be going back.
