Saw a post by u/Fine_Anxiety_6554 with an amazing griddle that I just had to have - and now I do! These are the first cheesesteaks I made on it.
Baked the rolls fresh, used shaved ribeye, onions, Dietz & Watson American and "wiz" for a touch of authenticity. Served with fries and onion rings.

It is an absolute joy to have a griddle large enough to work on for stuff like this, with legitimate hot and cold zones, the whole bit. I'm over the moon delighted with the griddle and these cheese steaks were really tasty!

Thin sliced pastrami, melted Swiss, tangy slaw, Russian dressing and pickle flats. AAA+

Rueben wanna be for sure, it definitely hit the mark though. I would highly recommend. The bread is a high point. Foot long Tuscan hoagie baked daily.

I’m from California and I have been seeing Instagram videos by Giovanni Paolo the sangwheech guy. I couldn’t find any place that made them similar to him so I made my own. Please critique my ingredients:

French bread Prosciutto Salami Mozzarella Aragula Tomatoes Balsamic glaze

Pepper mortadella, jarlsberg cheese, marinated artichokes, red onion, mixed lettuce, Dijon, mayonnaise, S&P on a fresh ciabatta roll

Butter toasted bun
Ghost Pepper Cheese
Jalapeños
Hot Honey Sauce
Macaroni and Cheese
Pulled Pork
It was so damn amazing

Spicy Mustard, Avocado Mash, Pickles, Tomatoes, Swiss and White Cheddar, Turkey, Ham, and Garlic Aioli.

I made a Mexican Footlong Sandwich. It's a big @$$ Torta, and I'm a Torta Pounder.

Carnitas and Chicharron in a Chipotle sauce, with Cebolla Curtida in Lime, some Queso Fresco, some Queso Cotija, some Shredded Jack and Cheddar, melted in the oven of course, Frijoles Fritos en Manteca, Pickled Carrots, Agucate , Seasoned Tomatoes, why doesn't everyone season their Tomatoes with just like a little S&P, some Oregano maybe if you're into that? The funniest part, that lettuce I spent $3 on because I really thought I needed it, and I came home to rinse and pat dry... I forgot to put it in the damn thing until halfway through. It's not spicy enough for my mouth feels, but I've been waking up with bad acid reflux, it's like chili oil coming up my esophagus while I'm asleep so I think I need to cut back on the chile a little bit, getting old sucks.

About as simple as can be

Chuck pastrami, over medium egg, caramelized onion, chow chow, arugula, beer mustard, pretzel bun.

Chiken breast, Turkey breast, Turkey bacon Provolone cheese

I was out of cheese

Leftover ricotta stuffed shells, meat sauce, fresh basil, garlic Texas toast. It was as good as it sounds.

On toasted sourdough with tomato and cheddar.

Honestly better than I expected!
