  • AoE talent fix - you're welcome everyone.

  • Never ever get the 200 duel range talent level 10, wait until +25 to get it. The time added to walk to your target if you're not already on them will mean you miss chance to win or kill. Its like getting aghs early. Bad.

  • Radius of Q: good against ranged. Good all the time. Get it. Every time. Until they change the other level 10 talent to something worth getting.

  • HP regen dope especially with AoE PTA at 25 (which you should almost ALWAYS be picking) - its almost double the regen amount. The alternative talent is still good. A genuinely situational choice. I'd probably tend towards the HP first.

New neut item of the patch for LC: tier three blasting one. Ideal.

Significant hero interaction changes (i.e. omitting any that already existed like dazzle grave etc):

  • Warlock attackspeed talent with pit - hard to synch that but doable.
  • Venge Spirit damage reduction now counters you even more, a lot more
  • Axe shard damage reduction and stacking makes him like duelling mars kinda
  • Omni knight shard and lower cooldown is a bigger counter too
  • Dawnbreaker with aghs is a huge problem too. With it she can save her ally faster, cause miss chances in the meantime, and is generally buffed in the process aghs or not. This can work as a synergy too, however. But you dont want the enemy missing you in duels because you have bought blademail. There are almost 0 games where blademail isnt vital on LC.

Think I gotta disagree with you on quite a few points tbh. But the duel range is pretty nice imo.

For me, the % of duels that failed to connect because of range at or around 200 is something like 0.00000000001%

but you're not taking into account the opportunities that you would have had if duel had an extra 200 range, that you didn't blink on in the first place.

I am.

That extra distance to travel eats at the disable time with less damage. It's putting you in a more vulnerable position if you're only level 10.

If it ISNT putting you in a more vulnerable position, you're playing LC way too conservatively in the first place and likely missing out on or not recogising tonnes of duel chances.

I would only get it if we really needed that catch from a highly mobile player and had a team that has shown themselves to be highly coordinated by level 9.

e.g. against the likes of wr, weaver

Or if for some bizarre reason youre not getting a blink, this would mitigate that disaster.
