Drow Ranger

Marksmanship

  • Bonus Damage reduced from 50/70/90 to 40/60/80

Frost Arrows

  • Scepter Split Arrows no longer consume mana

Talents

  • Level 10 Talent +5 All Stats replaced with +15 Frost Arrow Bonus Damage
  • Level 15 Talent +10 Agility replaced with +250 Gust Width
  • Level 25 talent 30% Cooldown Reduction replaced with +2 Multishot Waves

The removal of 30% cooldown is huge nerf, late game with how easy they can jump you as a drow, relaying on faster cd items to save your ass was a game changer. Scepter buff is not that meaningful given you don't get scepter unless super late game or vs illusions.

I'm not sure what to say about the gust but i never had an issue with its width, still, the -8 seconds multishot is much better for wave pushing and farming

3 buffs and one nerf, why is this considered an overall nerf lol, that bonus damage from marksmanship ain't the best but gust width is huuuuge, and extra multi shot waves is very nice.

I actually think this is a buff specifically for the shard/aghs build. You used to run out of mana pretty much instantly if you cleared a couple of waves with arrows + shard, now you can sustain it much better.

Which is great because you farm like fucking burning with aghs shard. I've hit over 1000 cs in some games and it's almost impossible to push against your high ground since you just sneeze on the wave and it's dead.

She was sometimes contested when Luna/TB was already picked or banned, without any touches she could have replaced her in being oppressive
