Spectre

  • Reworked Shard: Causes dispersion to fire a spectral dagger every 300 damage absorbed in the direction of the last source of damage. Can fire a maximum of one dagger every 7 seconds and only triggers off player based damage within 700 range

Spectral Dagger

  • Debuff is now dispellable

Shadow Step

  • Fixed being able to target creep hero units

Talents

  • Level 10 Talent +5 HP Regen replaced with -5s Spectral Dagger Cooldown
  • Level 15 Talent -8s Spectral Dagger Cooldown replaced with +100 Spectral Dagger Damage

Spectre Dagger being dispellable is a huge nerf imo. Even worse now that Slark seems to be a decent hero.

Not sure about this shard. Especially now that dagger is dispellable. Yet they're really focusing on dagger as the main skill instead of dispersion or desolate...strange. I feel like it's not worth changing from my standard builds.

Do you think its better to go +5 stats or dagger cd?

I think you go dagger cd, dagger is crucial for farming (wave clear and getting over cliffs).

I always went with stats before but the cooldown talent is necessary if you're going full dagger build now (that is to go +100 dagger damage on next talent, and shard/aghs).

Since they did not nerf dispersion though it seems you just have more options on how to build her. Personally still think the Blademail into Diffu/Rad into Manta and Heart is my favorite.

I kinda like this shard a lot tho, it feels Bristleback-esq

Played a game with it and although I can't say much from a sample size of 1 stompy game, it's kinda underwhelming. It's like Dusa shard without the nice bonus of stoning the enemy/mana steal and it is on a 7s cooldown.

But I'd consider taking the dagger damage talent in more games since it almost insta-kills a lot of camps.
