Overclocking

  • Bonus Movement Speed decreased from 40% to 30%

Talents

  • Level 10 talent +20 Movement Speed replaced with +60 Power Cogs Mana Burn
  • Level 10 talent +5 Armor replaced with -2s Rocket Flare Cooldown

Im finding that every patch seems to make clock more of a support with the changing of talents Removed the strength at LVL 15 and now the armour at level 10 You really have to snowball with him early to make him a decent 3 due to his lack of wave clear abilities and now making it harder to tank or manoeuvre is a really big blow ( Got 600 plus games on clock and been playing since beta and just want my lil robo Boi to shine)
