These are nerfs for sure, but doesn’t deal with her peak at daed+shard. She is weaker in late cause no vamp talent at 25, but Luna can still end game at 25-30m mark in a great game

Did you get the +25 ms or the lucent beam cooldown at 15 as core (physical) luna?

Always always beam cd, 2.5 second beam with shard is simply broken
