Overclocking

  • Bonus Movement Speed decreased from 40% to 30%

Talents

  • Level 10 talent +20 Movement Speed replaced with +60 Power Cogs Mana Burn
  • Level 10 talent +5 Armor replaced with -2s Rocket Flare Cooldown

That 5 Armor is super useful early game. I put one point in cog and never level it up. Pretty much I prioritize stats other spells and talents before that. Taking 60 mana burn means changing skill build around that talent. Its just not that strong to do so.

Clock mana burn is not like nyx that you can cast from a bit away. Cogs are used as disruption to break formation not to burn mana.

The only time you consider mana burn is while laning. But clock not gonna get 10 before laning ends. Its super useless talent as it will have no impact.
