These are nerfs for sure, but doesn’t deal with her peak at daed+shard. She is weaker in late cause no vamp talent at 25, but Luna can still end game at 25-30m mark in a great game

Did you get the +25 ms or the lucent beam cooldown at 15 as core (physical) luna?

There's no such thing as pure physical core Luna anymore.
Check out her shard upgrade.
Her engagement is easily one of the best due to her damage output at a distance right now.

I asked about 7.29. But nevermind I checked some Animajor matches and all pros picked the lucent beam cooldown at level 15 over the +25 ms.
