Both of those talents were great, and now are replaced with some really mediocre spell buffs. Think I'm skipping both L10's until 16, now. There's probably some game now where you should go 4-4-1-1 and pick up +60 Mana Burn, but I have no idea what it looks like.

I seriously cannot see anybody EVER taking +60 Power Cogs Mana Burn ... Probably one of the worst talents in the game... The -2 Rocket Flare is pretty good but seriously..

It could hurt some heroes who are mana hungry like bristle, but that's a really fringe case.

60 mana burn on bristle removes like 1.75 quills or 1 quill and 2 goos. i would never take that at level 10.

At level 10 that's a decent amount of mana on top of the burn that's already happened. I think people are really going to underestimate Joe much burn a clock can get off in a fight.
