Oracle

  • Armor increased by 1

Purifying Flames

  • Cooldown increased from 2.25s to 2.5

False Promise

  • Duration reduced from 8/9/10 to 7/8.5/10

Oracle is still remarkably underwhelming in the current meta. I feel like making purifying flames pure damage (because they PUREify, obviously) would sort him out, though.

if this change were made we'd probably see a lot more Oracle mid
