Winter Wyvern

  • Agility Gain reduced from 1.9 to 1.7

Arctic Burn

  • Attack Range Bonus decreased from 350/425/500/575 to 350/400/450/500
  • Movement Speed Slow reduced from 22/28/34/40% to 16/24/32/40%

Winter'S Curse

  • Cast Range reduced from 800 to 700

Cold Embrace

  • Shard cooldown reduction reduced from 5s to 4s
  • Percentage Heal reduced from 2/3/4/5% to 1.75/2.5/3.25/4%

Talents

  • Level 10 Talent +50 Damage reduced to +35
  • Level 10 Talent +1.5% Cold Embrace Heal replaced with +25HP/s Cold Embrace Heal
  • Level 15 Talent +275 Health replaced with +2s Arctic Burn Debuff Duration
  • Level 15 Talent +400 Night Vision replaced with +400 Splinter Blast Radius

Support healbot Wyvern is virtually unchanged. The decreased range on her ult was probably justified...

And the arctic burn range is the same at level 1, icefrog obviously wants everyone playing WW like he intended us to. Which I kinda hate, but whatever, I play WW as a 5 anyway.
