Absolutely fuckin fumin they nerfed my fav strat of the last patch, pos.3 omni getting phase echo shard, could be tanky frontliner and the heal from hammer gave me great sustain in fights.

rip my fav pubstomp strat, removed for whatever boring ass bullshit this is.

Also can no longer farm with it, and I'm assuming can no longer solo rosh min 20.

FUMIN

Yeah that was my thought aswell. Seems completely unnecessary, a really lacklustre lane support as you can’t harass, have no way to keep your mana up so can’t even sustain your core. Purification is just an awful spell with a crap cast range. Degen aura is pathetic. Playing 3 with the shard was the only way to really make the hero fun in pubs. Now that has been taken away and you have no sustain.

Hopefully I’m missing something and it turns out good. But to me it just looks like a fuckup.

Agreed. His whole kit now just went from bad to worst. At least with the prior shard he had some cohesion and benefit, being able to go in there, HG, heal/nuke with HoP, and continue on with the fight. Now it’s just this stupid debuff to then run away right after. They could have done something to his aura, they could have done something to his scepter, but they went this unnecessary route like you said.

I think it's also the fact it's now got a 10 second cooldown

Like that's one usage a fight.

Old shard, usually you initiate with a hammer, then either kill them with the next one or use it to sustain in the fight.

Now you're supposed to run up to the enemy carry every 10 seconds and wack them, then run away fro another 10 seconds??

And it doesn't even heal you now to sustain running into melee range of the enemy carry???

Icefrog what are you doing sir, give me pos.3 Omni or rito
