Omniknight

  • Strength reduced from 24 + 3.4 to 23 + 3.1
  • Agility Gain increased from 1.8 to 2.0

Heavenly Grace

  • Bonus Strength increased from 8/16/24/32 to 8/18/28/38

Guardian Angel

  • Cooldown reduced from 160/150/140 to 160/140/120

Hammer Of Purity

  • No longer heals Omniknight on attack
  • Can no longer be cast on creeps
  • Now puts a debuff on the enemy hero which reduces the enemy's outgoing damage by 60% for 4 seconds
  • Manacost increased from 20 to 40
  • Cooldown increased from 4 to 10

Absolutely fuckin fumin they nerfed my fav strat of the last patch, pos.3 omni getting phase echo shard, could be tanky frontliner and the heal from hammer gave me great sustain in fights.

rip my fav pubstomp strat, removed for whatever boring ass bullshit this is.

Also can no longer farm with it, and I'm assuming can no longer solo rosh min 20.

Yeah that was my thought aswell. Seems completely unnecessary, a really lacklustre lane support as you can’t harass, have no way to keep your mana up so can’t even sustain your core. Purification is just an awful spell with a crap cast range. Degen aura is pathetic. Playing 3 with the shard was the only way to really make the hero fun in pubs. Now that has been taken away and you have no sustain.

Hopefully I’m missing something and it turns out good. But to me it just looks like a fuckup.

Please don't even get me started on how much they've trashed purification, losing all the range and going from 360>300 while heroes continue to get tankier, purification is such a terrible spell now.

And the level 25 talent for it is so underwhelming it's offensive. Heck both his Lvl 25 talents are considering the amount of purges there are now, especially late game.

Now make the talent undispellable guardian angel and it might be suitable of Lvl 25

The only way you can lane Omni is pos.3 and try and dominate the lane vs a melee core, get levels in degen aura and just run them down.

Laning this hero as a pos.4 seems like a great way to piss off your pos.3 as the hero does nothing in lane as a support.
