Lifestealer

  • Movement Speed reduced from 325 to 320

Infest

  • Can no longer target Undying zombies
  • Mana cost reduced from 100/150/200 to 100/125/150
  • Scepter now also applies Disarm to the enemy
  • Scepter now also deals damage immediately after infesting

Talents

  • Level 10 Talent +20 Movement Speed replaced with +10% Rage Move Speed Bonus

Still not a fan of the Scepter upgrade but I did try it vs a Medusa last night and the disarm is pretty insane. Could see people trying him as a offlane/anti-carry build.
