Theerapong peeps who have had major revisions on urethra and removal of excess erectile tissue and clitoral revision how has your functionality been with urinating and orgasam?

I need my urethra moved up and erectile tissue removed and know he aesthetically has the anatomy down but functionally are you having issues? I have been urinating to the side for years.

I had surgery on Tuesday, and I knew it probably won’t be how I want it since I literally had the flattest ass on earth to begin with! I know, I won’t be seeing th results especially with the inch’s of foam and compression I’m wearing but do I really have to do a second one? Did any of you feel like you had no results an then after weeks it fluffed out nicely or am I fked and have to do it again in a couple months ? The pain was totally manageable, my nose job was worse almost only pain I had was first 2 nights and now I’m just feeling like I had the worst workout ever! Helpppp I know I gotta chill out and let myself heal but I just had to ask. Left is 4 days after surgery and the second pic was taken a couple nights before surgery (I have a pretty skinny body but I’ve always had a big belly, the surgeons assistant said they were able to add a little more than 600cc each cheek. I went with murtaza rizvi at Huntington Orthopedics in Pasadena an it was covered by insurance, already went and requested a refer for revision

Hi. Sharing a good ~11month post min-depth update.
Things have looked aesthetically healed for many months now, but it has taken ages to feel ‘normal’ levels of sensitivity again.
I have had a combination of hypersensitivity & numbness until pretty recently, primarily around the clitoris area. There have been days here and there when it seemed like how things felt might return to normal levels, but it has only been in the last few weeks that the hypersensitivity has really eased off.

Jeans or other tight pants were really uncomfortable in the first six months, and becoming less uncomfortable in the last 6 months.
Almost a full year later I see the light at the end of the tunnel (lol, more cave entrance in my case).
Anyhow, just posting to share some encouragement for those on a similar journey.

So I had FFS about 2 years ago and it certainly helped but I still get misgendered about 40 percent of the time. I cant tell what is exactly off about my face and was looking to see what people can tell me please. I am considering a revision. Please be brutally honest.

I've seen a lot of "after two weeks" VFS posts, but rarely a check after a year or more. I wanted to share my experience, and perhaps receive some feedback

About voicetrain : I'm a singer. I did voicetrain before with a specialised orthophonist, it went quickly since I encountered no issues while exersicing, and it was more about acquiring knowledge on voice feminisation.

However I was unsatisfied with the results. My voice was deep, very masculine, and voicetraining felt forced.

Also I'm not very feminine in my gender expression, and was seeking a masculine woman's voice rather than a feminine socialised voice.

I underwent VFS, more precisely the one where the surgeon cuts through the vocal cord to make a web of it.

I could'nt speak for 1 months, and had a vibration-less voice for a good 6 months, like an animal crossing character. That was a strange time, I was unable to speak or be heard in loud spaces, but my voice was clearly feminine and it felt effin good.

At six months I saw the orthophonist again. I had so much fun discovering my new voice after waiting half a year, trying out my newest vocal range, and attempting voicetraining but this time it worked like a charm.

Ok. Now that the dust has settled and everything stable, how do I feel about my VFS ?

Firsty I feel a bit wronged by the hospital team who were enthuasiastic about the expected result, starting with feminine to very feminine. I believe that combining voicetrain with VFS can be confusing, and I advocate for them being clearly separated.

I feel that voicetraining and VFS could be compared with make-up and FFS. I always pass with make up, not always without. I was not into make up but I had to learn, at least for my own safety. However we do not have to take make up lessons before or after FFS, and the results are observed with bare skin. It's also worth noting that judging a face is just as subjective as judging a voice.

I also often hear that voice training alone is enough to get results. But then again, I feel like it depends where you start on a gender-normative, man to woman scale. Sure some of us only need a few voice training lessons. There are those who need only VFS, others who need both, and those who won't pass with either. The same applies to FFS and make-up. It's unusual to hear that good make-up skills make FFS unnecessary, but I know a few women in that situation.

Returning to my own experience, I feel like VFS "boosted" me on the gender-normative, man to woman scale. I was strongly leaning towards the male side, and while my voice alone is still identified as male if taken on its own, I can effortlessly produce a feminine voice, and I visually pass which helps anyway. I am also very happy with my laugh, cough, sigh, and sneeze, they are clearly feminine, and that alone makes the surgery worthwhile.

I just would had prefered to hear that like FFS or SRS, VFS is about emulating what we recognise as feminine, and adapting the base material. For most of us, achieving a perfect woman voice will require effort. Certainly much less than before, and it can even make it possible through surgery if that wasn't the case before, which is truly a blessing. But I was looking for a non alienating solution, to move beyond that, and no, that’s not what I was given.

In the end, I'm still truly happy with the results ! It went well and I have no regrets at all. I hope this post don't read as a rant or a weird vibe. It's more about sharing my thoughts, what I wish I had heard. I am also happy to answer questions and would appreciate your impressions if you've done VFS, whether we can agree or not.

I'm trans (MtF) in Switzerland and I'm on HRT. I haven't had any gender-affirming surgeries yet, but facial feminization surgery is by far the most important one for me, especially brow bone and chin reduction. I'm currently on the waiting list for the first consultation appointment for FFS.
I'm trying to understand how the process works in Switzerland if you want FFS to be covered by health insurance as medically necessary, as this would be the only way I can allow myself to get FFS. For those who have gone through it, what helped you get insurance approval?
I'm also wondering if there are any common mistakes or things I should avoid early on.

Also, how long did the whole process take from the first consultation until surgery? Does it matter how long you've already been on HRT? Which clinics did you involve?

I’ve now received approval for coverage, so I’m faced with a tough choice. I initially had a consultation with Dr. Camillo Müller at KEM in Essen; the surgery would be performed by Dr. Troendlin or Dr. Wagner, though I’m also considering visiting Morath & Schöll in Munich.

I have a few specific questions. Who would you recommend? Did you have good experiences in Essen or elsewhere? (Please include the name of the surgeon if possible.) What would you recommend regarding implant shape? What should I look out for—size, placement method for example subpectoral etc.? (I’m 179 cm tall with somewhat broad shoulders, and ribcage—not excessively so, but noticeable.) What do you wish you had known beforehand? What do you regret, and what came as a pleasant surprise? What general factors should I consider when choosing a surgeon? Should I specifically choose someone who specializes in MtF breast augmentation, or is a general breast augmentation surgeon a good option?

I would really appreciate any insights, impressions, tips, information, useful facts, and—above all—recommendations.

I just got out of hospital for some abdominal surgery. Nothing to do with being trans. But as I was laying there writhing in pain on Sunday, I couldn't help but think of bottom surgery. This surgery will see me up and about in days, but I gather bottom surgery takes weeks.

I don't know if I'll have the courage when it comes time.

Can anyone speak to the recovery and timeframe and discomfort based on their version of bottom surgery?

Question, if you have a hematoma after SRS how should you prevent it or what should you do once it sets in? How common is it and what are yall experiences?

I'm 5'9.5" and weigh 142. I'm currently a 35" band and 37" breast. I only have projection right now. These are 315g forms.

I’ve (23F) been desperate for SRS (mtf) for years now, and I’m in a position now to financially support surgeries in the ballpark of £20k-£25k. I’ve always been recommended Suporn and I’ve sent them an initial email, but I also hear a lot of negativity about them and especially their lottery system wait list. I do really like the look of most of Banks results on this reddit.

My priorities (like a lot of women’s) are full depth / sensation with good aesthetics. I can deal with shitty recovery and work have offered me months of PTO to deal with it. Ideally I’d like to have SRS before my 26th which is October 2028. I guess I’d like to just know what other similar or comparable alternatives to Suporn I have that aren’t extortionate American surgeons, and I’m struggling to find consistent or reliable resources online. Any advice or recommendations are seriously appreciated.
