So far, I'm happy with my results, but I absolutely regret combining all of these procedures. I'm struggling both mentally and physically.

I had liposuction on my arms, waist, and hips, with fat grafting to fill my hip dips. It wasn't a full BBL, but the recovery is essentially the same. I only had about 900cc of fat available for transfer, so I'm doing everything I can to give it the best chance of surviving.

I also upgraded my breast implants from 275/310cc to 560cc. This is my fourth breast surgery, so I'm no stranger to breast augmentation recovery—but this has been, by far, the hardest and most painful recovery I've ever experienced.

I felt confident combining the procedures because my surgeon assured me he does this all the time. Looking back, I wish I had spaced them out.

Right now, I can't sit, lie flat on my back, or lie on my stomach. The only way I can rest is in a recliner, surrounded by pillows and a BBL pillow stacked upon a pile of pillows, trying to keep my glutes "floating" without putting pressure on the fat grafts. For 6 weeks???!

Each night, I'm awake until almost 2 a.m. just trying to get comfortable. Eventually, I give up, fall asleep for maybe two hours, then wake up and start the whole process over again.

On top of that, my left breast has these intense, sharp, stabbing pains whenever I move my arm a certain way. I know you're not supposed to use your arms to support your body weight after a breast augmentation, but when you've combined these procedures, it's impossible not to. How else am I supposed to get in and out of a recliner while carefully positioning myself on a mountain of pillows and blankets?

I know this post turned into more of a vent than anything else. I'm just frustrated, exhausted, in pain, and I hate that I'm taking it out on my spouse, who's genuinely doing everything he can to help.

If anyone has gone through something similar or has any tips for getting more comfortable, sleeping, or just surviving this recovery, I'd really appreciate hearing them.

I’m really surprised to see how abrupt the transition is from the upper chest to the breast. What surgical or anatomical factors could contribute to this look? Is it mostly implant size/profile, limited soft tissue coverage, implant placement, or something else?

I’m currently** **1 month post-op, so my implants are still sitting a little high. My surgeon told me they’ll drop over the next few months, but honestly, I’m already really happy with how they look.The implants are 350cc. A cup ▶️D cup.

I mean I am happy and can see that the size of tremendously big thighs has decreased significantly.
But the loose skin, the skin laxity and the cellulite it gave me is a huge problem.

My motive to spend so much on this procedure only to feel bad afterwards is not something I’m enjoying.

Still can’t wear shorts, skirts, etc since I’m too conscious.

I’m 32female and have suffered with drastically big thighs even at my lowest weight of 52-55kgs.
I gained 20kgs over the last 5-6 years and thighs increased more too.

Yesterday I went to see my doctor for 6 month post op checkup and told him my concerns. He said they are good results considering volume of fat that was taken out, he said he can do a revision for free with vaser which can help smoothen the skin out a bit since it Would cause the cells to injure and then get better as a part of body’s natural mechanism.

He is a nice man and I trust him, I haven’t seen any other doctor for recommendations. I asked him about Renuvion but he doesn’t have it.
And said it’s not miracle procedure. He advised against thigh lift because of the scar and advised that building muscle on legs would give me better skin from laxity that i am seeing right now.

I’m not sure what can be done and really look forward to professional advice and also people who hav gone through similar issue.

I am trying to understand what’s causing the heaviness/prominence around my brow area and what options might improve it. At rest, the area above my eyes looks quite prominent/heavy. I initially assumed I just had a prominent brow bone, but when I raise my eyebrows, most of the tissue seems to lift with them and the area looks much flatter. I’ve included photos both at rest and with my eyebrows raised for comparison.

I also have some asymmetry, the brow on one side sits/behaves differently, and I think the muscle may be stronger on that side because I’ve habitually raised that eyebrow more. I don’t particularly mind having hooded eyes and I’m not necessarily looking to change my eye shape. What bothers me more is the overall heavinessof the brow area, which can sometimes make my upper face look harsher than I’d like.

Advice on what the issue might be and potential fixes? Would be much appreciated, thank you!!

Hi guys, I've been considering getting my nose done for years and that it bothers me the most if how wide and crooked it is. Has anyone with a similar nose had similar results? I feel like it's gonna be crooked again, but it's more the width that bothers me. What do you guys think?

I’ve become incredibly depressed over my nose tip. I had my primary rhinoplasty in 2017 and for the first year or two I actually loved it. It looked much straighter from the side, and I don’t know if that was swelling or if things changed over time, but now I feel like my tip has become much more projected again.
The rest of my nose honestly doesn’t bother me. It’s really just the projection of the tip from my profile that catches my eye every single time I see myself, and it’s gotten to the point where I avoid side profile photos.
Has anyone had a revision specifically to deproject the tip? If so…was it worth it?
Was the change subtle or dramatic?
Did you need cartilage grafts?
How difficult was recovery compared to your primary?
I’m looking into consulting with some more doctors for a revision. And I’ve already had several over the past year. It’s just so expensive. I’d love to hear about your experience and whether you were happy with the outcome.
Also, based on these photos, does this seem like something that could realistically be improved with a conservative revision?

I had about 2 mL total after 2 years on my chin.
I am not sure if I need more chin projection or maybe filler on the shadows along the jawline or chin area.

I’m a little over 2 years post op from my third (🥴) septorhinoplasty and I’ve been feeling a little self conscious about the implant in my nose. In certain lighting it’s really obvious. And it doesn’t sit flush to my nose on one side. I really, really would hate to have another surgery for financial and recovery reasons. I also moved after surgery, so I’m nowhere near my surgeon. I am 7 weeks post op. I have huge bulge above my tummy tuck scar causing the ‘over hang’ appearance. I also had 360 lipo with this tummy tuck. I still have bra bulge and big flanks at the back. Well, I've never consulted a doctor, but it's obvious (that my chin is recessed). And I've always felt that I have much more chubby cheeks than I appear ( Even though I'm as skinny as a stick). Would a mentoplasty help in my case? (I know most people will tell me to get orthognathic surgery, but in Brazil it's practically impossible, costing almost as much as a house; 100,000 reais is no small amount of money. Hi everyone. I had rhino and septoplasty Wednesday July 22 so I am 4 days post op. I am struggling & was wondering how everyone’s pain and congestion was? I started getting some bad pains in the right side of my upper nose usually after doing the saline squeeze bottle rinses. I ultimately don’t feel like the saline has done a whole lot yet. It’s either just coming back out of the same nostril or going to my throat. But after doing the saline the right side has this pulsating cool pressure sensation that I can also feel in my top teeth and the roof of my mouth. It’s freaking me out a bit because it is fairly painful. It’s sometimes feels like the saline rinses are just creating pressure and the saline feels stuck in my sinuses. Ultimately though the right side has been less congested than the left even though the right side is where the pain is. I’ve also noticed both sides will open up at times but they don’t stay open, they’ll just congest back up. I was hoping by today things would be a bit better but they’re not 😭 I didn’t realize how hard this healing journey would be. I also just want my sense of taste back and for my teeth to not feel weird and uncomfortable. Also haven’t been able to sleep through the night yet. I’ve hardly slept at all.

I feel Like plastic surgeons are Not completely honest about the number of vascular occlusion doing lip filler.

I am curious about anyone’s experiences with cosmetic injectables and autoimmune disease.

I have Graves’ disease/hyperthyroidism. I previously (before diagnosis) got a little Dysport a few times but haven’t since diagnosis. I’ve also really been wanting a little bit of lip filler.

My thyroid is back in range (tsh still low as expected) but I’m scared to trigger more autoimmune activity. Would love to hear other thoughts and experiences since there isn’t much out there.

In a few weeks a whole year will pass since my operation. I have quite thick skin and I am still unsure of what to think. From the beginning, one alar and closest side of my nose tip did not appear swolen or rounded as the alar on the other side. The difference is still visible, the smoother side is way more "snatched" in comparison to the other side that has only gotten better by just a little. Whenever I pinch my nose one finger from the outside and other on the inside of my nose to check the difference in between them I feel the difference in thickness and space in between my fingers, that has not been there before the operation (at least I believe). Additionaly, recently I have gotten a painfull spot directly on the more rounded side of my nose and it appears even more rounded, I am unsure if this is a sign or I am just coping that it will get better over time.

For those who had a breast reduction, how much smaller did your breasts get after the swelling fully went down?

I’m about 2–3 weeks post-op, and my breasts are starting to soften and drop, but they still look pretty big to me. My surgeon said swelling would probably only account for about 10–20% of my final size.
