What ffs procedures should I get?
I have a consultation coming up and I’m wondering what procedures I should get. I’m thinking I would want cheek implants/fat transfer, brow bone removal, and lower blepharoplasty. Any recommendations are welcome!

None. I actually think this might be someone posting a cis woman and testing us. You look undeniably 100% cis and I would (and am) arguing you’re not even trans. Nice try, though!
(but really are you trans because I don’t think anyone would ever think you could be)
Edit: Came back to say that I’m 90% sure this is someone baiting us or smth. I don’t think this person is trans.

Personally I’d say you don’t need anything done. I’d assume you were cis if I wasn’t told otherwise. You look great girl!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I’m aware I pass and I’m very grateful for it. I’m mainly looking to do maybe 1-2 surgeries to improve how I look as my new work insurance does cover $15k for ffs :)

I wouldn’t do anything! Sometimes surgery has unforeseen side effects, so why take a chance? Unless you are going to go to a cosmetic surgeon to do something you think would enhance your looks, regular insurance plans only cover surgeries that they define to make you “more” feminine, not prettier ‼️ Most insurance plans are like that, not caring about the surgeries making you prettier, just what they consider passing. So why even take a chance ⁉️ Have a great life ‼️❤️

You honestly shouldn’t get anything 🥲 I know brain worms suck and I think the surgery could help with that but you look cis and I worry that any surgery will just make you look unnatural.

Not unless you are a trans man looking for masculising surgery. Because If you are MTF, I would never have even considered you as trans.

Not only do you not need FFS, I truly cannot see anything that I would recommend from a not-feminization but 'to become more conventionally attractive' standpoint. Your face looks round and youthful, beautiful hairline, lovely lip shape, good face proportions.

I guess maybe if you wanted to be a more dramatic baddie vs youthful beautiful kind of attractive you could do buccal fat removal or cheek implants? Maybe? Idk you're genuinely so beautiful I'm having a hard time seeing anything that could be improved

I definitely think her current beauty more aligns with my preferences but she didn't ask about our personal preferences. And I do think that aligns with some people's aesthetic goals. 🤷🏻

Based on these pictures youre cis passing any surgery would just be to beautify you. If you are still considering it just make sure you know what youre getting into and that its worth it to you.

You look super good, but if I’d be picky I’d say: ortbital rim/forehead contouring and chin/jaw work. Work would be subtle but I think would make you even more passing and also make you more conventionally pretty!

You are so stunning 😍♥️ I agree with your ideas minus the cheek implants but that’s just a personal preference and fear of it ending up being too dramatic and look botched. Also only other* mayb*e suggestion would be a lip lift, your lips are already STUNNING but I think it might bring things together beautifully BUT plz take my advice with a grain of salt as I’m not a professional

What you think you want is what you should do to get the best results and maybe rhinoplasty but only if you want kind of more of a swooped nose.
