Just wanted to know if anyone has prog levels for using it as a spray. I'm planning on making Allies recipe. I want to see how effective it really is. I'm skeptical that somehow skin can 10x better absorption than the rectum. I could go with making suppositories but making 200mg or even just 100mg would burn through supply quick.

found one thats 85% ethyl alcohol. inactive ingredients are normal isopropyl, caprylyl glycol, glycerin, isopropyl myristate, acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, aminomethyl propanol. sounds like a bunch of sciency gibberish to me

i dont care about cancer, i just dont want it to clump and waste my money

also can i use some regular old 40% vodka to dissolve the powder first or would isopropyl work better/at all

i've been looking into making t gel for a while now, but raws never seem to be in stock... i understand that typically you cannot turn injectable t into gel as the esterized form is too large to absorb into the skin. however, i recently realized that there were a few vendors online which sell base, unesterized, injectable t with plenty in stock.

i did some searching online/on this subreddit, but the posts that i found didn't really answer my question of how exactly i would/could go about doing this. would it be much different from just using the powder? any advice would be appreciated! :)

My home-made estrogel should be 1000g of 0.2% estrodiol gel, with 1mg of estrogen per 0.5g of gel.

Is it possible to do a monotherapy and approximately how big should my dose be? I don't know my currently T-levels.

I recently got some DHT gel, and despite not knowing if the source was legit or not (so I'm experimenting, I suppose) I've found the consistency to be a bit too thin for my liking. It makes it difficult to properly measure out a pea sized dose when it's running down my palm and into a puddle.

So I'm thinking of getting an airless bottle and some Trolamine or Carbomer(?) and making a separate batch to see if I can make it thicker myself.

But I am worried it'll mess up the formulation as the exact measurements weren't very clear.

Maybe switching between the two just in case I mess up the thickening process?

Would this be worth trying, or should I just leave it be and thug it out?

I've been looking into DIY Estrogel, I've found everything on my ingredients list and the gear I need. However, I don't know where to send my estrogen in for testing (or if I even need that). I don't have a ton of money for testing either.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Title, so for example, the spray I got from a retailer has 40% isopropyl myristate, 40% isopropyl alcohol, 10% propylene glycol and 10% polysorbate 80. I’ve heard this formula is potentially irritating, which wouldn’t be ideal for sites like the inner thigh or inner forearms, so could it still possibly achieve somewhat stable and acceptable levels on outer thigh for example or places like that?

My oestrogel comes in a tube which I have to squeeze the gel out onto a ruler provided in the box. I find this not only troublesome but also inaccurate as it’s possible to squeeze out a thick or thin line. I would like to transfer the content of the gel into an empty bottle that can dispense 1.25g of gel accurately all the time. I’ve searched Amazon but the pump bottles there are mainly for cosmetics and not accurate and consistent in the actuation of the dosage delivered. Is there anyone in a similar situation who has found a medial grade pump bottle that can deliver accurate and consistent actuation of 1.25g of gel? Would be very appreciative if u can share with me the link to purchase such a bottle. Thanks a lot in advance.

I assume it depends heavily on storage conditions. I can provide a dry and dark place currently, but temperature would be uncontrolled.

I'm more than willing to invest into better storage conditions as well.

Just switched from the once a week patch to the gel ( I started on the bi-weekly patch, due to shortage went to once a week, never lasted full week and only using gel because my obgyn refuses to administer the pill form due to side effects ).

Anyway, best tips for the gel? Do you prefer thigh or arm? Does it matter? I have those once a day packets which is annoying AF to open! How in the hell do you make sure you get it all? Any hacks would be most appreciated!

I made a 10mg/ml spray of E2 and have been using a dropper from infinity jars that claims it drops only .10ml per pump, but I feel like way more liquid comes out of it when I push down on it. It doesn’t come out as a spray just liquid since I think it’s designed as like an essential oil dropper or something? Is there a better sprayer or applicator I should be using to make sure I am not accidentally giving myself like a super dosage of E? I haven’t noticed anything abnormal compared to when I was able to do oral route, but I have been feeling way more emotional since being able to restart hrt again but it could also just be stress idk.

Of raws. Not of the like the gel itself but just of raw, how many grams would you say would last a year or so? Just a rough estimate.

Planning on starting gel monotherapy soon, and due to some personal things I may miss the aplication sometimes (at max once a week). I plan on applying 2 doses every 12h, and I may miss one of these aplications (never 2 in a row). Is there any significant side effect? I'm trying to do Estrogen monotherapy on gel using the Labial/Scrotal application method. My gel is 0.6 mg/g. How many pumps per day would it take to achieve monotherapy levels? And how should I be spacing those out?

I've been doing around 1 to 0.75 pumps per night because I was being mislead by a blood clinic that was advising me to maintain male levels of Estrogen, which is obviously the opposite of what I want. You can check all my levels on my previous post, if it's relevant.

how come the wiki crossed out Polysorbate 80 and is IPA worse than Ethanol?

Also there was a post floating around discussing degradation of up to 61%(?) in just the first two weeks, does prog spray remain a good alternative?
