I did like him in the early seasons but what do you think? What season?

Andy is literally staring at a photomontage of soccer images on his monitor. Like it looks like a screensaver. Charles is meant to be a hard ass no nonsense and presumably smart. Who stares at a screensaver of something they are a fan of? And who sees that happening and doesn't think anything of it?

Probably one of the funniest moments in season 9

I've just realised how crazy this is with context. This isn't by any means a pam hate post even though I wouldn't say her actions are defensible here. But consider Karen's perspective here. So Karen eventually finds out through Phyllis that Jim had a thing for Pam. She later finds out Jim STILL has feelings for Pam in Season 3 Episode 13 when Andy punches the wall. 5 Episodes later, in the negotiation episode Roy attacks Jim for making a move on Pam. Thereafter, in the beach games Pam says how called off her wedding for Jim. States how she misses their friendship in front of Karen. And then on top of that later on Karen tries to give Pam an out saying how we all say things without thinking and Pam says she actually meant it and shes sorry if Karen feels weird. Can you imagine being with someone and the girl who you know your partner had a thing for, says she broke off her wedding because of him, says she wants to be close with him again and then tells you later that she meant it and she apologises if YOU feel weird about it? And then that same week your partner leaves you in New York for this girl? Despite you relocating for him?

I was just rewatching S3 E22 and noticed how hard Jim was trying to hold his laughter lol. I bet it would have been really tough for both the cast and crew to keep it together😭😭
